In Starfleet Under Captain Pike (2250 - 2265) Spock was one of the first Vulcan cadets at Starfleet Academy and conducted himself admirably while in school. He was assigned to the USS Enterprise under Captain Christopher Pike in 2254, where he served for 11 years.
As shown in “The Menagerie,” Spock served on the Enterprise for 13 years under Captain Christopher Pike, before Pike was promoted to Fleet Captain; and then Kirk came onto the Enteprise, while Spock was promoted to First Officer. Kirk didn't even know that Spock's parents were the Vulcan ambassadors to the Federation.
In “The Menagerie Part 1,” Spock said he'd served with Captain Pike for “11 years, four months, and five days,” and in Star Trek: Discovery Season 2, we finally saw some of that!
The elder Spock died off-screen on New Vulcan on January 2, 2263. Ambassador Spock was 161 when he died in the Kelvin timeline, although his final death chronologically happened 12 years before his original Prime timeline death in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.

So, Spock is older than Kirk, but only by 3 years. I don't know about you, but much past college I'd stop noticing a 3 year age difference, however you are technically correct (the best kind of correct). Kirk entered Starfleet Academy in 2252, and graduated only a year or two later in 2253 or 2254.
The beloved Vulcan's full name is officially S'Chn T'Gai Spock. The name actually comes from a popular fan work-turned novel for The Original Series in Barbara Hambly's Ishmael which was published in 1985.

Memory Alpha notes that there is no canonical maximum estimate for Klingon lifespans, but several Klingons are known to have exceed a century, and some may have made it past 150 (earyh) years. That makes them pretty comparable to 24th century humans.
Among the non-immortal humanoid aliens, the longest-lived appear to be El-Aurians (e.g. Guinan) who have lifespans of 750 years or more. Among Trills, the humanoid host lives as long as a human, but the worm-like symbiont lives at least 400 years, apparently. After that, Vulcans and Romulans are about 200 years.
