Katee Sackhoff is 42 years old currently, but the assumption has been Bo-Katan is closer to her sister Satine's age. This means Djarin was likely born around 30 BBY, and would've been 30-years-old while Luke Skywalker was still on Tatooine. That'd make him 34 during Return of the Jedi, and 39/40 during The Mandalorian.
Yoda lived to be 900 years old before passing in the original Star Wars trilogy, and Grogu was already older than Din Djarin at the start of The Mandalorian, so any biological growth would be almost imperceptible.

In "Chapter 16: The Rescue", the Mandalorian and Boba Fett approach Bo-Katan and Koska at a cantina to recruit them in their mission to rescue Grogu (The Child) from Moff Gideon. Bo-Katan is initially hostile to Boba and calls him a disgrace to his Mandalorian armor, since he is a clone.
There is no currently no official romantic relationship between Din Djarin and Bo-Katan Kryze, but if the studio decided to pursue that direction for the characters, they certainly have plenty of material to support that idea.

Grogu is said to be 50 years old. The Mandalorian takes place a mere five years after Return of the Jedi when Yoda died. If we take the Client on his word and assume Grogu is precisely 50 years (as opposed to 50-ish), then he was born in 41 BBY, the same year as Anakin Skywalker.
How old is Kylo Ren around the time of The Mandalorian season 2? Ben Solo was born in 5 ABY. The Mandalorian takes place, or at least starts in 9 ABY. Which means that little baby Ben is about 4–5 years old at this point in time, and won't be joining Luke's Jedi school for another half decade.
So the night of a thousand tears happened sometime between 1 BBY and 4 ABY, and we saw from a flashback that Din Djarin was saved from battle droids by deathwatch when he was a kid which would have happened sometime between 22 BBY and 19 BBY. This means that Din was a minimum of 20 years old when the purge took place.
