How strong is Kingpin compared to Spider-Man?
Kingpin has previously picked up Spider-Man and thrown him into walls, and has been shown to stand his ground during their battles, but there's no doubt that the wall-crawler is far stronger. Spider-Man has always bested Kingpin, and has even displayed a punch so powerful he has knocked Kingpin out in one blow.
Kingpin has power in the form of money and resources. But unless he pays Deadpool off, he might not be able to counter Wade Wilson in combat for long. He has physical strength and has battled the likes of Elektra in the comics, but Deadpool can just keep going.

Kingpin potentially wearing bulletproof body armor in Hawkeye could be the key to explaining his survival, but it doesn't address his increased strength, which may be explored in Echo or Daredevil: Born Again. There is a need for more in-depth storylines in these projects to explain his physical power.
The Kingpin is a staple of modern-day comics. While he is very powerful, he is also a man with many weaknesses. He is easily put down by modern-day things like grief and trauma, and his human needs, but despite it all, he is still feared.
Although he is an extremely skilled marksman, Clint Barton is often considered to be the weakest member of the team seeing as he's just a regular guy with a bow and arrow. That certainly means that Hawkeye one of the weakest Avengers.
And while Colossus is naturally strong, when he is in this armored form, he is impossibly strong with a class 100 strength, meaning that he could lift more than 100 tons.
In the comic books, Wilson Fisk realized from an early age that physical strength was necessary to establish power as a criminal. Fisk started training to achieve peak human strength during his teenage years, which was when he developed a fascination for sumo wrestling and other strength-focused martial arts.
Maya seemingly killed Kingpin by shooting him in the face, though the gunshot was only heard and not shown. It's since been revealed that Kingpin survived, with the Echo promotional materials suggesting the attack only left him with an apparent eye injury.
Lonnie Lincoln, Tombstone, can press six tons, or 12,000 pounds overhead in the same lift, making him 12 times as strong as the Kingpin. In the Marvel Universe, Tombstone and Kingpin are formidable characters, but their strength and abilities differ.
The two have physically sparred multiple times, and each has been victorious over the other from time to time. That said, it's notable that Kingpin was the victor in their first showdown.
The Kingpin grabbed Captain America and almost shattered his spine. In fact, Captain America was only saved because the Falcon and Redwing came to his rescue just in time. The MCU's Cap is stronger than the comics version, so the outcome could be different, but right now precedent is in the Kingpin's favor.
