She is based on the Norse goddess of the underworld “Hel”. Hela is portrayed by Cate Blanchett in the MCU with a height of 5'9” (1.75 m). The comic book height of Hela is 7'0” (2.13 m). Hela is a fictional Asgardian goddess of death and Odin's daughter in Thor: Ragnarok and the extended Marvel franchise.
Like Valkyrie, we know Hela, as the elder sister of Thor, is older than his 1500 years. Again, we put her at about 2000, like Valkyrie, though a little bit older too, her presence implies as much.
Immortality: Hela, unlike the rest of Asgardian Gods is immortal and doesn't age beyond her prime. This is due to her being the Goddess of Death who controls life. She can rapidly age people, even someone as powerful as Thor.
Hela also slaughtered the Warriors Three and the combined might of the Einherjar with ease. Furthermore, she proved easily stronger than her brother Thor, besting him in two of their three battles.
Hela was born around early 679 B.C. (March 24th by modern dating systems). This makes her: 1642.37443938, or 36.69358314 in human years, when Thor was born. 1643.28841123, or 36.70278771 in human years, when Loki was born.

Did Hela get pregnant by Thor?
Modi Thorson was the son of Thor and the goddess of Death, Hela from the Ultimates timeline. The story of his conception and birth begins with the aftermath of an event called Ultimatum, which is also considered to be one of the worst event comics ever.
In the comics, the Mad Titan once had a romance with Hela, the Goddess of Death and ruler of Hel. The unexpected pairing would have made for an excellent substitute for Thanos' real comic motivation for snapping half of all living things from existence.
This, coupled with her superhuman stamina might prove too much for Thanos, despite the fact that he is also an incredibly powerful being. Her speed gives her reflexes, and she can definitely hit quite hard.
Assuming we're talking DCEU and MCU versions, then Hela wins this. Yes, she's not as fast as Superman and he'll give her quite a thrashing, but nothing Superman does will keep Hela down for long.
Storming the palace and sacrificing Asgardian lives, Odin stood between Hela and the throne. Unable to kill his own daughter, Odin defeated Hela and imprisoned her using his own power to keep her at bay in another realm for eons.
In Thor: The Dark World, Odin makes it clear that they “are born, they live, they die, just as humans do”, to which Loki replies that “give or take, 5000 years” – so taking that into account, Odin was at least 5000 years old when he died in Ragnarok.
Magic: As the son of Hela and Thor, Modi has inherited phenomenal magical powers. He is able to cast and manipulate magic for a variety of purposes and effects, like changing from his civilian clothes to his Asgardian armor in an instant, teleportation, healing, and so on.
However, Thor and Loki joins forces with the last Valkyrie and Bruce Banner to escape Sakaar and return to Asgard, where Thor engages his sister in battle while Loki secretly revives Surtur to initiate Ragnarök. Hela attempts to fight Surtur, but is ultimately killed by his Twilight Sword.
While Steve Rogers gets the title of the oldest human avenger, Thor Odinson, as the mighty Asgardian God of Thunder, has a much longer life span than any of his Earth-born friends.
Odin's Valkyrior is pit against Hela because she wants to rule their realm of Valhalla where the honored dead go after they have been slain. The Demogorge, or the great devourer of gods, poses a deadly direct threat to Hela. While he can kill her, she also can be brought back to life by other gods willing to do so.
In the comics, she's the daughter of Loki and the giantess Angrboða and was born in Jotunheim. When she came of age, Odin appointed her as the Goddess of the Dead, and so she became the ruler of Hel and Niflheim – and that's her only connection to the All-father.
I assume you are talking about the Marvel Cinematic Universe incarnations, in which case, Hela wins easily. Thor using his lightning powers nearly beat the Hulk when they fought in the Grandmaster's arena, Thor only lost because the Grandmaster used his torture device to keep him from delivering the coup de grace.
Now, Hela turned out to be too powerful, and as Odin's true heir, she was tied to Asgard. Thor realized he was not going to be able to defeat her, and in an interesting turn of events, he ended up restoring Surtur's power by having Loki drop the crown in the Eternal Flame.
Ghost Rider holds back as to not destroy it's host. Without that worry, Hela would be down in seconds. Who would win in a fight between Hela and Ghost Rider? In the comics, anyway, Hela won.
In a fight, Hela would win 10/10 against Captain America. The Goddess of Death is superior to the first Super Soldier in every way, and has already effortlessly killed many Asgardians, whom are around as strong as Steve.
Odin is basically Thor and all the other Asgardians rolled into one—though he's even wiser, more experienced, and minus one eye. As the default King of Asgard, Odin is easily the most powerful being in his realm.
Odin's enchantment on Mjolnir in the beginning of Thor made it so only those worthy could wield its power. The most plausible explanation for Hela being able to hold and destroy Mjolnir is that Odin's death weakened the enchantment and she was too powerful for it.
While it is never addressed in-universe, MCU director Joe Russo confirmed Thanos was around 1000 years old in 2012's The Avengers when he first appeared in the MCU. Based on that, Thanos is younger than Thor and Loki, which, if revealed in one of the past two Avengers films, might have proven itself to be distracting.
Loki's mother has never been revealed in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it's possible that this character is actually Hela (Cate Blanchett), Thor's biological sister.
Thanos has professed his love to Death many times, killing billions in her name, and yet it remains a mystery exactly why he's so obsessed, especially as he initially resisted the dark god's siren call.
