First, you can use on-property Mail Services and ship items home from most Disney Resorts Collection hotels by asking the front desk for assistance. They need the items to be pre-packed and pre-labeled which may be a challenge if you do not have a box available.
Before you travel home, you could detach the lightsaber blade from the hilt to help with packing. The blade measures 31 inches long and hilts can be 10 to 13 inches long. I have often seen travelers stowing their lightsabers in the overhead compartments of the airplane with ease.

Connor, please keep in mind that Savi's lightsabers are not meant to be used as toys or costume props. My lightsaber's blade also has a slight wobble when I move it, simply because the materials are very fragile. If you were to tighten the bolts around the hilt, you could end up breaking the blade!
