Bullseye is one of the main characters introduced in Toy Story 2. He is Jessie's horse and a member of Woody's Roundup. Despite being a horse, Bullseye acts more like a dog. He tucks his tail down and hides when he's scared, and when he's happy, he just has to lick something—in this case, Woody.
