“Yes, Chucky has the upper hand now, but as you see from the very last scene and last shot of Episode 4, he is more vulnerable than he has ever been. Chucky is aging and dying. The stakes are completely different now.” It's not just the visible signs of aging that are plaguing the serial killer though.
In season 3, episode 3, "Jennifer's Body," Chucky visited a voodoo specialist, revealing the cause of the killer doll's unexpected aging. As a result of the exorcism at the School, the spirit Damballa, who animated Chucky, is no longer attached to him.
With the new information offered by Chucky's long-awaited backstory for Charles Lee Ray, merged with the doll's subsequent shelf life, Chucky is officially, as of 2021, a 64-year-old soul hiding behind an eternally youthful visage.

Is Chucky actually a good guy?
Charles Lee "Chucky" Ray is the main antagonist of the Child's Play horror franchise. Chucky is portrayed as a vicious serial killer who, as he bleeds out from a gunshot wound, transfers his soul into a "Good Guy" doll and continuously tries to transfer it to a human body.
Despite inside the body of a doll, Chucky can feel pain and can bleed when injured, and has a large scar with stitches on his face. He used many weapons including guns, but mostly an axe or a knife to kill people who buy or sees him killing someone.
During his eighth birthday party in 1965, Charles overhears there's a killer loose in his hometown of Hackensack, New Jersey. Soon after, he is woken in the night by a strange noise downstairs. He investigates and sees his father being brutally stabbed to death by the killer.
The battle between the Glen and Glenda personas continues, with Glen being a nice boy that doesn't like violence, and Glenda being a sadistic killer like her parents. Eventually, Tiffany decides to give up killing to raise her child, but Chucky refuses.
Weaknesses. Chucky isn't without his flaws, as he is known to be very impatient and rather arrogant. Chucky's Voodoo abilities only work under specific circumstances and have requirements for them to work. Despite being a doll, he has spent so long in his doll body that he has turned anatomically human.
The Child's Play franchise is known for its brutal, high kill counts. Racking up the kills together from all seven movies, Chucky has killed a total of 67 people.
Turns out it's a clever ruse. In a dramatic moment, it's revealed that Chucky put on some makeup to hide his facial scars. He's still the same killer doll that was put through an industrial fan and sewed back together.

Now going by "Tiffany Ray", Tiffany plans to transport her soul into the body of Jennifer Tilly (who happens to be playing her in the film). They also plan to impregnate her and put Glen's soul in the baby's body. Their plan is successful, as Jennifer swiftly gives birth to two babies, a boy and a girl.
Chucky and Tiffany make plans to transfer their souls into Redman and Jennifer. Tiffany knocks them out and uses a turkey baster to inseminate Jennifer with Chucky's semen, intending to use her baby as a host for Glen's soul.
Tiffany Valentine, portrayed by horror icon Jennifer Tilly, made her first on-screen appearance in 1998's Bride of Chucky. Canonically speaking, though, she was actually the girlfriend of Charles Lee Ray before he became a killer doll.
At the end of the film, Andy, his mother Karen, and two police detectives, Mike Norris and Jackie Santos, try to fight off Chucky. After he's lit on fire and loses both an arm and a leg, Karen shoots him repeatedly, and he is even beheaded. It isn't until Norris shoots Chucky in the heart that he finally dies.
Unfortunately, as is so often the case, that Good Guy doll has been possessed by the spirit of a serial killer, the notorious Charles Lee Ray. After gruesomely murdering several people in Andy's life, Chucky attempts to transfer his soul into Andy so that he can be a real boy.
"Chucky" Season 2 premieres on USA Network and SYFY on Oct. 5. Countless movies and series are “based on a true story.” But is the “Child's Play” series — which follows the murderous exploits of a Good Guy doll possessed by the soul of infamous serial killer Charles Lee Ray — based in reality?
As for what causes pediophobia, the reality is that characters like Chucky, despite being a work of fiction, actually do have a big role to play. Brooten-Brooks notes that pediophobia often has its roots in either childhood trauma or an early onset negative association with dolls.
Standing at 2'4", Chucky may not have seemed like a particularly frightening antagonist, but his small stature allowed him to conceal himself and stalk his prey. Being considered "cute" also ensured that he would be underestimated.
