Mandalorians aren't exactly a race or an ethnicity, so not really. In Legends, however, clones, especially commandos and ARC troopers, were raised in Mandalorian culture, so they were more or less Mandalorians themselves due to that.

In the Star Wars prequels, Jango removes his helmet more or less whenever he's not fighting, happy for Obi-Wan, the people of Kamino, Count Dooku and others to see his (or, indeed, Temuera Morrison's) face.
The Gideon we know is not the genocidal manic that decimated Mandalore but a clone. The galaxy widely believes that Moff Gideon was executed, but we are led to believe that he faked his execution.
Despite the animosity between the Mandalorians and the Jedi, Tarre Vizsla became the first Mandalorian Jedi. As a Jedi, Vizsla built the Darksaber and used it to unite his people as their Mand'alor.
Multiple sources confirm that the rest of the armor is Jango's, repainted and restored by Boba Fett in memory of his father, according to Star Wars: Absolutely Everything You Need To Know, Updated and Expanded (2017).
One of the new additions made by Clone Wars, at least in terms of canon, was that the Jedi wore armor during the Clone Wars – but only for the first half of the conflict.
But why? There have been various reasons for this very briefly touched on in expanded universe offerings. One reason being that the clones were too expensive to produce and raise. Another being that getting citizens to sign up to fight for the Empire made those same citizens and their families more loyal to the Empire.
While the remaining clone stormtroopers continued wearing their Phase II armor separately from the TK stormtroopers, the Empire eventually finalized the armor of the Stormtrooper Corps, creating modern stormtrooper armor.
Boba Fett's armor was previously stated to be made of durasteel. However, "Chapter 14: The Tragedy" of The Mandalorian retconned the Fett armor into being made of beskar.
(Fun fact: According to Star Wars canon, Phasma's armor isn't beskar either. It was actually made using scrap metal taken from Emperor Palpatine's old yacht.)
