Piotr Rasputin, AKA The Colossus, is typically acknowledged as the strongest mutant of the X-Men, but the limits of his strength vary heavily from one portrayal to the other.

1 FENRIS. The Gifted has made it very clear that two of the most dangerous mutants in its world were Andrea and Andreas Von Strucker, the twins known together as Fenris.
Juggernaut's power is unlimited, especially when sponsored by Cyttorak. And with his willingness to win any fight, he could even manipulate Colossus, though he's never been shown to be that clever. Juggernaut would really only need to land a single hit on Colossus to knock him out and make him lose him armored form.
Colossus later petitioned Cyttorak to take back his corrupting power, but Cyttorak refused, saying that the reason he had given Colossus more power than Cain was because as a hero, he was channeling far more destruction to the demonic being.

One of the most physically powerful X-Men, Colossus is a force to be reckoned with. He would be able to put up a good fight against Thanos and even get close to beating him but he wouldn't be able to keep Thanos down and that would be a problem.
That very same power is a veritable death sentence against Magneto. While he has fought Colossus before, Magneto has been very kind not to rip him to shreds. After all, it would take little more than a thought for Magneto to turn Colossus' entire body into shrapnel.
Colossus is one of the strongest X-Men, but he's completely outclassed by the Hulk. He's not weak by any stretch of the imagination but the problem is that he doesn't do anything that's going to allow him to hurt the Hulk.
The closest thing the cinematic X-Men have to match the Hulk's strength is Colossus. In the comics, Colossus is strong but not on the Hulk's level. However, the two's most recent cinematic incarnations might just prove that, if the two went head-to-head, Colossus would obliterate Hulk.

Eventually, the Juggernaut had managed to reclaim what had originally been his, leading to one more battle — which Colossus won by, essentially, destroying the ground under the Juggernaut's feet and causing him to fall into the void.
