Something that people get wrong about Narcissa Malfoy is that she was a Death Eater, when in fact she was never part of Voldemort's inner circle of believers. She certainly affiliated with the Dark Lord's side, but her maternal side won over her evil one when she had to check if Harry was still alive in the Forest.
Narcissa Malfoy certainly wasn't good; she fell in with a bad crowd, she was haughty, cold and not afraid to be cruel. But she wasn't all bad either. Her love for Draco was very much her saving grace, and the thing that saved Harry from Voldemort in the Forbidden Forest, no less.
Despite her beliefs and her family's close ties to Lord Voldemort and the Death Eaters, Narcissa never joined the organisation herself, nor received the Dark Mark. While she treated most people coldly, Narcissa was very loving towards her family as well as devoted to them.
At the end of the tale, Narcissa is a strange hero for the side of good. In exchange for the knowledge that her son is alive, she lies to Lord Voldemort, quite possibly saving Harry's life and the full war effort.
In fact, Lucius' own support to Voldemort is revealed to come only under some form of duress, which is likely Narcissa's Veela Allure. When Lucius turns on Voldemort due to the reveal of his Horcruxes, Narcissa divorces him, taking 75% of Malfoy's wealth with her.
During this year, Narcissa became pregnant and miscarried. She was distraught and uncertain of what to tell Lucius, as she had not told him of her pregnancy. Shortly thereafter, he brought her out to the Leaky Cauldron to visit with his friends Vettlingar Yaxley and Thorfinn Rowle.
He called her Dromeda, perhaps her own childhood nickname, or perhaps a new one to mark her new family. She was immediately disowned as a blood traitor, and from that day onwards she never saw her sisters again.
She married Rodolphus Lestrange after leaving Hogwarts "because it was expected of her" to marry a pure-blood. However, Rowling stated in an interview that Bellatrix truly loved Voldemort.

In the book and the movie: Narcissa is the only other woman in the series for whom he has some remote affection, and she clearly has some affection for him. That much is apparent in both the book and the film. Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean anything, as Snape is a friend of the Malfoy family.
Narcissa hated Harry just as the rest of her family did, the only altercation they have with each other before Hogwarts is in Half Blood Prince where she defends her little turd of a son after he calls hermione a “Mudblood” and threatens Harry.
In the final movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows pt. 2, Molly first hits Bella with a spell that freezes her, most likely Petrificus Totalus. Then, she launches another one that shatters her entire body into pieces, which could be expelliarmus, bombarda, stupefy, or any spell that can produce such an effect.
The Disarming Charm became Harry Potter's signature spell, and it notably caused the final defeat of Lord Voldemort during the Battle of Hogwarts by rebounding his Killing Curse, because the Elder Wand recognised Harry as its master through the spell connection, and thus strengthened the Disarming Charm to the point ...
Inarguably, the Malfoys were a mostly evil bunch. With old-world thoughts about blood purity and some very bigoted ideologies, they were disliked for their behavior. Still, there were a few isolated moments when they did the right thing instead of the easy one, and their actions had long-lasting consequences.
