Although she was never a Death Eater. Nonetheless, she certainly followed in Lucius's footsteps when it came to Harry. Indeed, she ultimately held him and his friends responsible for her husband's capture and incarceration.

Lord Voldemort charged Draco with making up for Lucius's failure, and he became a Death Eater at age sixteen but was quickly disillusioned with the lifestyle.
J.K. Rowling says Draco doesn't have a patronus because he never learned the spell but I think it's because he doesn't have any powerful happy memories to use. He has tons of happy memories... He had an amazing childhood. However, she also said Snape was the only Death Eater who could produce a Patronus.
