Aragorn ruled over Gondor for 120 years, and it was an era of glorious peace. He and Arwen had a number of children during their reign, but they only had one son: Eldarion. Eldarion was his father's heir, and he ended up ruling from Minas Tirith just like his father.
The Tale of Aragorn and Arwen, an appendix to the main story, relates that Aragorn and Arwen had a son, Eldarion, and at least two unnamed daughters. One year after Aragorn's death, Arwen dies at the age of 2,901.
Eldarion was descended from several royal Elven houses, including the Three High Kings of the Elves, and from the Edain. He was a grandson of Elrond and, through his grandmother Celebrían, a great-grandson of Galadriel.
However, he does not possess the ability to live forever, and he cannot choose to be mortal or immortal like Arwen, the half-Elf he loves and eventually claims as his wife. Because Aragorn is mortal and Arwen chose to remain in Gondor and become mortal, their son, Eldarion, is mortal as well, despite his Elven lineage.

How many kids did Arwen and Aragorn have?
A recent post got me thinking about Aragorn and Arwen's children. He has one son, Eldarion, who takes over the United Kingdom once he passes on. And they have two unnamed daughters.
In one of the texts in The Nature of Middle-Earth, Tolkien writes that Eldarion would have lived 120 years, and that his descendants would have lived longish life spans for normal humans (about 80–85 years) but not more than that.
"He was Aragorn son of Arathorn, the nine and thirtieth heir in the right line from Isildur, and yet more like Elendil than any before him." Aragorn was a descendant of Elros Tar-Minyatur. His ancestorArvedui was wedded to Fíriel, who bore their son Aranarth, making Aragorn the last descendant of Anárion as well.
Legolas is a Sindarin Elf from the Woodland Realm of Northern Mirkwood. His father, Thranduil, is the King of the Silvan Elves living in that realm, making Legolas the Prince of Mirkwood.

Arwen probably got to know Legolas as her husband's friend and as the leader of the Elven colony in Ithilien. As Mary Tower points out, it is possible that they are distantly related, but it's nowhere stated.
Arvedui, Isildur's Heir through twenty-three generations, was the last King to rule in the north; he attempted to reclaim the High Kingship, but failed, and the last remnant of royal Arnor was overrun by its enemies. Now the line of Isildur in the north became forgotten by nearly all.

I think it's probably fair to say that the Dunadain of both Arnor and Gondor considered themselves Numenoreans in exile. Aragorn himself told Arwen on his deathbed that he was “the last Numenorean”.
