Nope. Freyja is not related to Thor, except as adopted family. At the start, there were two groups of gods: The Aesir and the Vanir. These two group got into a war with each other, which lasted for a while until they got both sick of fighting and made a truce.
Freya was born 1100 A. D. to Frigga and Odin. However, they never tell her about her older sister, Hela. Raised alongside her older brothers, Thor and Loki, Freya grows close to both of them. Thor trains Freya how to fight; however as she improves, Thor begins letting her win every match.
In the MCU, Loki has been depicted as Thor's adopted brother since the first film, while his older sister Hela was introduced as a Marvel villain in Thor: Ragnarok. Baldur is Thor's half-brother in Norse mythology, and is the son of Odin and Frigg; Thor, meanwhile, is the son of Odin and Jord.
Along with her twin brother Freyr, her father Njörðr, and her mother (Njörðr's sister, unnamed in sources), she is a member of the Vanir. Stemming from Old Norse Freyja, modern forms of the name include Freya, Freyia, and Freja.

Did Freya marry Odin or Thor?
Freya had been a leader of the Vanir gods during the Aesir-Vanir War and eventually agreed to marry Odin in order to bring peace between the two sides. Freya clearly did not enjoy this, due to her own distaste for the Aesir, especially after they unjustly imprisoned, tortured and nearly killed her brother Freyr.
Sometimes she also waited on the heroes' souls at Odin's banquet hall Valhalla, along with the Valkyries. Freya was married to Od (also spelled Ódr or Odur), about whom little else is known, except that they had a daughter named Hnoss, who was said to be as beautiful and precious as treasure.
In the Eddas and sagas, Valkyries are mortal human women born of mortal human parents. It is not their origin, but their service to Odin, which bestows on the Valkyries certain supernatural powers. Freyja and Gondul are both mentioned as strong Valkyries who drive the myths forward.
Her father was Njörd, the sea god. Pigs were sacred to her, and she rode a boar with golden bristles. A chariot drawn by cats was another of her vehicles. Thor's family is quite extensive in Norse mythology; his father is Odin, the king of the Aesir, and he has a long list of half siblings, including Baldur, Hodr, Heimdall, Vidar, Tyr, Bragi and Vali.
