Godzilla Earth, also known as simply Godzilla is the titular secondary antagonist of the Godzilla anime trilogy. He is a plant based Kaiju who managed to conquer Earth and force humanity into living in space.
However, he was intercepted by Mothra, who fought him to defend the remaining humans. Mothra managed to force Godzilla to withdraw from the city by reflecting his atomic breath back at him with scales released from her wings, which also interfered with his Asymmetrically Permeable Shield.
He serves as the protector of the planet's ecosystem and makes sure it is under control by forcing other Titans to submit to him and killing the destructive Titans that refuse to serve him. He is also the symbiotic partner of Mothra, the former rival of Kong and the archenemy of King Ghidorah.

Is Mothra good or evil?
Personality. Despite having wrought destruction worthy of any Toho kaiju, Mothra is almost always portrayed as a kind and benevolent creature, causing destruction only when acting as protector to her worshipers on Infant Island or to her egg, or as collateral damage while protecting Earth from a greater threat.
However, it makes no special effort to protect human life or property and will turn against its human allies on a whim. It is not motivated to attack by predatory instinct; it does not eat people and instead sustains itself on nuclear radiation and an omnivorous diet especially cetaceans and large fish.
Oxygen Destroyer (オキシジェン・デストロイヤ) – The Oxygen Destroyer is a chemical weapon of mass destruction invented by Dr. Daisuke Serizawa and used to successfully kill the original Godzilla. This device is a heavy metal capsule with a glass central chamber. Contained within it is a large amount of Micro-Oxygen.
Godzilla came back and beat Kong, which makes sense given Kong's wounds and Godzilla's nigh-invincibility, as well as his ability to absorb radiation to recharge himself. But rather than kill him like he did the MUTOs and Ghidorah, Godzilla initially left Kong to succumb to his wounds.
Personality. Over the course of the franchise, Godzilla is usually portrayed as a destructive, vicious kaiju with a hatred for humanity, or a force of nature without true malicious intent, well-known for causing destruction.
Kong is portrayed as a tragic and sympathetic animal and lives a very solitary and difficult existence, constantly being attacked by the ferocious giant creatures that live on Skull Island.
After absorbing excessive amounts of radiation, Godzilla's powers were boosted to new heights. With his enhanced strength also came a surprising side effect, turning Godzilla's usual blue glow when he is powering up into a vibrant pink.
The rivalry between Godzilla and King Kong is well noted within their established mythos, including and especially the current MonsterVerse canon, but there's one kaiju Godzilla hates far more than Kong (or any other Titan, for that matter): King Ghidorah - and there's only one reason as to why.
Ebirah is one of the weakest monsters Godzilla has ever faced. A giant crustacean, Ebirah lacks many of the traits and capabilities necessary to fight the King of Monsters effectively. Armed with only two differently-sized claws, the mutant arthropod doesn't have a lot of options for close-quarters combat.
Godzilla was never really evil. In his original movie, Gojira, he became a vengeful destroyer after being awakened from an eons long slumber as well as being scarred and mutated by atomic testing, an allegory against the use of nuclear weapons.
Despite being a god, Zeus was shown to be neither all-powerful nor immortal. Zeus drained himself of his power by unleashing all of it upon Godzilla, and was later killed in the eruption of Mount Vesuvius caused by Godzilla.
The saddest monster death wasn't a death, per say, but it was framed as one until the next movie where we learned he survived. It was Godzilla himself from 1984/5, when he freejumps into a volcano.
Godzilla arrives at Haneda Airport and reunites with Godzilla Junior, only for Destoroyah, bolstered by Junior's DNA, to reappear in its final, 'perfect' form. Destoroyah kills Junior by dropping Junior onto Ariake Coliseum and blasting it with its Micro-Oxygen beam.
Wiz: Both are extremely resistant and very durable, because both have resisted attacks that could make pieces to almost anyone, but just as in force, Godzilla wins in this aspect, because like the Hulk, this resistance and durability this force bonded with his wrath.
The strongest Godzilla is High Ball Melenium with high planatary attack potency. He also ripped his way out of a denension. So the argument is switched to what Point he can no longer beat Goku. This Godzilla would lose to Goku during hos fight with the Ginyu force.
Godzilla isn't evil per se — after all, he's a victim of mankind's hubris, acting in retaliation to the harm that's been done to him. But as he exacts his vengeance, he is very much the antagonist of the film, and a frightening one at that.
He can die. Every Godzillas died from events: like the oxygen destroyer, his nuclear meltdown, mechagodzilla, who kill Godzilla, but got revived by Rodan and even Spacegodzilla or Destroyah could kill him, but didn't. Even Hedorah's sludge melt godzilla's to his bones. His skin is not invulnerable to anything.
Mothra doesn't simply die in King of the Monsters - she transfers her life force to Godzilla. The film even has the atomic pulse Godzilla sends forth to kill Ghidorah briefly taking the shape of Mothra's wings and her chirping is heard when he attacks.
