In Jurassic Park III, the Spinosaurus gender is male by Alan Grant after he and the rest of the group escape the plane crash. Alan Grant says in relief, "I think we lost him." The gender is also mentioned in the 8th episode of the fourth season of Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous titled "Technical Difficulties".
The Tricicloplotus is an adult male Spinosaurus that appears in the movie Jurassic park 3, which is the last of the original trilogy and the third in the Jurassic Park/World saga.
If they wanted to follow movie cannon, the Spino in JP3 is 3 feet longer than Rexy the largest Rex in the films at 40 feet. In real life Spino was 10-15 feet longer, and even in JPOG the Spino was significantly larger.
Is the Spinosaurus from JP3 a hybrid? No. This is a confirmed theory by Jack Ewins himself; not fact. For me, Spinosaurus is Spinosaurus and there's no concrete evidence otherwise.

From what we saw from CC, Spencer is still alive. And, in fact, he is still alive and growing. He is larger than he was in JP3. So, Spencer is doing well, although recently he did get mind controlled and destroyed by a T-Rex.
Two species of Spinosaurus have been named: Spinosaurus aegyptiacus (meaning "Egyptian spine lizard") and the disputed Spinosaurus maroccanus (meaning "Moroccan spine lizard"). The first described remains of Spinosaurus were found and described in the early 20th century.

Overall, Indominus was better in every way. She was stronger, faster, smarter, bigger and overall a the more dangerous dinosaur, earning her the victory.

They're simply "off to the side" of canon due to their taking place on a different island from the first.

In any sort of aquatic or partially aquatic space, the Spinosaurus might have the advantage because of its superior mobility. The Spinosaurus was also longer and, with its spinal fin, taller than the Giganotosaurus. However, in most land-based scenarios, Giganotosaurus would likely have the upper hand.
This meant that it was likely quadrupedal, walking on four legs most of the time. Before this, it was thought that Spinosaurus was mostly bipedal, usually walking on two legs, and may have occasionally used all four. But this new description changed all that.
Both from fossil findings, artist renditions, books, movies, cartoons, other video games and museums it is always displayed as a 2-legged carnivore with two arms, just like a T-rex and other carnivores of it's type, simply because it's arms simply aren't large enough to support it's weight.
