Kelly Curtis Malcolm is the daughter of Ian Malcolm and an unnamed mother during the second film, and sister of two other siblings that Malcolm mentions in the first film.
Though the dialogue suggests that Kelly considers Ian her actual father, so it's possible that Kelly is his biological daughter, but shares the physical traits of her mother.
Lockwood managed to give herself a child through parthenogenesis. Lockwood explain3d that she wanted Maisie to have what she didn't, a full life. Lockwood learned that she had a genetic disease, in which she was able to change in Maisie's DNA, saving her from suffering the same fate as herself.
