In Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 2, Ben mentions to young Leia that she reminds him of someone he used to know. While it's possible that the deceased “leader” he's referring to is Duchess Satine of Mandalore, the implication is he's talking about Leia's mother, Padmé. This is basically confirmed in Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 3.

The first time, Obi-Wan tells Leia she reminds him of someone “fearless and stubborn,” a “leader who died a long time ago.” While it's possible he was referring to Satine Kryze (voiced by Anna Graves in the Clone Wars animated show), it seems more likely he was talking about Padme.

Who is Obi-Wan referring to in Episode 2?
In that moment, Obi-Wan becomes wistful and notes that she reminds him of someone he once knew who was a leader and was fearless and stubborn. It's easy to read that as being a reference to Leia's birth mother Padme Amidala, but I don't know that I would necessarily describe her as stubborn.
Obi-Wan Kenobi episode 1 briefly focused on the similarities between Luke and his father Anakin, and in episode 2 Obi-Wan finds Leia reminiscent of Padmé. He describes Padmé in the most general terms, avoiding giving too much away.
If we assume Satine what is the same age as kenobi that would mean by time she died. She was only 37 or 38 years old. Now one can make the argument that she is old enough to be Bo-Katan's mother considering she is nearly 40 years old when she died.
Obi-Wan likely loved Padmé, but as a friend, not a potential lover. Obi-Wan Kenobi has brought up the questions of Obi-Wan's feelings toward Padmé again, but there's still no confirmation of anything romantic.
During his Padawan training, Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon Jinn were assigned to be bodyguards to Duchess Satine Kryze of Mandalore. They spent nearly a year together, often unsure of what fate the next day would bring. Eventually, the two fell in love, and during their private moments, Satine affectionately called him “Ben”.
Regardless, while the loss of his friend still troubles him, Obi-Wan at least made peace with the reality of it. Satine's loss cut him far more deeply and may continue to linger even when the pain of Anakin's memory is distant.
