Parents need to know that Out is a short animated film from Pixar. Its lack of iffy content makes it appropriate for all ages, but its message about a man being honest with his parents about his sexual orientation may not be entirely clear to the youngest viewers.
Despite its horror elements, "This" ultimately delivers a positive and uplifting message that's suitable for viewers 12 and up!
