In Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 2, Ben mentions to young Leia that she reminds him of someone he used to know. While it's possible that the deceased “leader” he's referring to is Duchess Satine of Mandalore, the implication is he's talking about Leia's mother, Padmé. As far as screentime goes, Darth Vader never mentions Padme to Luke. All of Luke's knowledge of his mother by the time Darth Vader dies is from Leia - and this is miniscule information based on at best a Force related dream/memory/vision Leia has of her mother.
The subtitles and script show some of Padme's final words to Obi Wan as “There is still good in him.” Every time I watch this I swear she says “Obi Wan... there's quite a name.” I have always thought of it as her recognizing him for everything he has done over the trilogy.

Obi-Wan couldn't help wishing Anakin the happiness he had been denied, and therefore, he decided to keep the marriage between Padmé and Anakin a secret. There is a tragic irony to this because, in truth, Obi-Wan shared Anakin's greatest weakness: attachment.
However, the animated series and comics are now revealing that the Sith Lord showed what Padmé meant to him even after his transformation. Considering his position as a servant of Emperor Palpatine, it can be assumed that Vader eventually moved past his feelings.

When Padmé and Anakin were captured on Geonosis, believing they were going to die, she confessed her romantic feelings to him. After this, they could not deny their romantic feelings for each other, so they secretly got married on Naboo.
It is believed that Leia didn't have actual memories of their mother, but visions of her through the Force, which she believed to be memories. As Leia was born after Luke, if he didn't remember her, she wouldn't either.
When Anakin had to choose between losing Padme — fearing that she might die in childbirth — or turning to evil to “save” her from death, he chose evil. His desire to “save” her at all costs led Anakin to the dark side. For him, the dark side became a means of saving his loved one.
Anakin's Force Choke begins the series of injuries that ultimately leads to Padme's death, and convinces Obi-Wan to fight him. Despite this, when Anakin learns of Padme's death, his immediate reaction of grief and regret shatters everything in the lab with a powerful force shockwave.

Luke and Leia weren't Clones either, which is the other means of reproducing in SW. They were non-identical twins, they weren't grown in a vat like the Clone Troopers but born as a result of a normal pregnancy. So yeah, Anakin and Padme obviously had sex at least once, but since SW is for kids we don't need to see it.
