The Earth-1610 version of the Rhino Armor was an experimental, cybernetic suit with an hydraulic suspension IA technology that was developed by the U.S. Army. Under unknown and classified circumstances, an unnamed man remained permanently attached to the suit, and became the super villain known as the Rhino.
