Following Grayson, Jason Todd and Tim Drake in mainline DC continuity is Damian Wayne, Batman's biological son.
Damian Wayne is the only son of Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul, and the only grandson of Ra's al Ghul. The character was created by Mike W. Barr, and first appeared in Batman: Son of the Demon (1987).
Morrison brought back the idea of a son, Damian, being born from a love affair between Batman and Talia al Ghul, the daughter of his nemesis, Ra's al Ghul. The boy had been trained from birth by the League of Assassins and was sent by Talia to live with Batman in a plot to disrupt his crime-fighting and distract him.
Dick and Jason were both adopted pretty much as soon as they became Robin. Tim had his own family but would eventually be adopted by Bruce many years later, after his father died.
Damian Wayne, Tim Drake, and Jason Todd are the ones that most people believe have been fully adopted. There is some contention over Dick Grayson, though it looks like it was retconned so that Batman fully adopted him as a son.

Why is Robin never in Batman?
The reason for this seems to be that most filmmakers misunderstand Robin's role in Batman's supporting cast. Tim Burton and Christopher Nolan were vocally uninterested in including Robin in their films, feeling that Batman is more of a loner.
That's right: Batman and Joker are half-brothers, at least according to Penny. The movie never explicitly makes clear whether that's true or not. Arthur, donning a red clown nose, pays a visit to Wayne Manor and performs an impromptu magic show for an enthralled young Bruce Wayne (played by Dante Pereira-Olson).
Owlman (Thomas Wayne, Jr.) is a fictional character appearing in comic books published by DC Comics. A supervillainous alternate-universe counterpart of Bruce Wayne / Batman, he is depicted as the adult version of Wayne's deceased older brother, who in most iterations dies as a child, before Bruce is born.

Harley Quinn (Harleen Quinzel) is a character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. She was created by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm for Batman: The Animated Series as a henchwoman for the Joker, and debuted in its 8th episode, "Joker's Favor", on September 11, 1992.
One of the mysteries in director Todd Phillips' Joker is whether Arthur Fleck really is the son of Thomas Wayne as his mother Penny Fleck claimed. Both Wayne himself and Alfred Pennyworth said it was untrue and that Penny was delusional, hence her eventual stay in Arkham Asylum.
Batman: Three Jokers #1 (August 2020). In Batman's origin story, Joe Chill is the mugger who murders young Bruce Wayne's parents, Dr. Thomas Wayne and Martha Wayne. The murder traumatizes Bruce, inspiring his vow to avenge their deaths by fighting crime in Gotham City as the vigilante Batman.

Seeing as how Jason is a hero again, that meant that Batman could have always tried to find and help his former Robin. Yet, he never did, and Jason was forced to find his own path back. So, why then? This was the question driving Jason's assault.
Grayson temporarily took over as Batman (while Wayne was traveling through time), using the aid of Damian Wayne, making his newish appearance as "Robin", to defeat and imprison Todd. With Bruce Wayne's return, Grayson went back to being Nightwing.
Just because we don't have a solo Robin film, doesn't mean that fans don't have any Robins to watch on screen. There are Robins to be found in the '60s show, the Joel Schumacher films, Titans, Gotham Knights, and so many DC Animated properties. And there'll be a new version in DC's upcoming The Brave and the Bold.
