By the end of Ahsoka Season 1's final episode, it is clear that Sabine truly has what it takes to become a Jedi. There is more to being a Jedi than using the Force, though; it is not simply her Force abilities that confirm Sabine's Jedi status.
Sabine was guided in the ways of the Jedi by Kanan and Ezra and aided by Rau, embracing both the legacy of the weapon crafted and once carried by the first Mandalorian Jedi Tarre Vizsla and her own heritage as a proud Mandalorian warrior.

Is Sabine in love with Ezra?
Several consider Sabine and Ezra as a romantic couple while others consider it strictly platonic. Though they were confirmed to have a sibling dynamic, there are several aspects that they have romantic feelings for another.
Prior to becoming a rebel, Wren was a cadet at the Imperial Academy of Mandalore. She built weapons she believed would be used for peace but were instead used against her family and her people. Wracked with guilt, Wren left Mandalore and was branded a traitor by the Empire and her mother, Ursa Wren, leader of the clan.
There have been other Mandalorians who have become Jedi, though. The first was Tarre Vizsla, the Mandalorian Jedi who created the Darksaber. Huyang mentions in Ahsoka episode 3 that there have also been few other Mandalorians who have trained to be Jedi in addition to Tarre and Sabine.
Tarre Vizsla was a Force-sensitive human male who, was inducted into the Jedi Order around 1050 BBY, becoming the first Mandalorian to do so. Tarre eventually became a famous Jedi Knight.
Her mother Ursa Wren was also a Nite Owl, the group of Mandalorians who fight under Bo-Katan's command. It makes sense, then, that Sabine is linked to both Bo-Katan and the Darksaber, but her connection with each of them goes even deeper than just family ties.
The second came during Ahsoka episode 7 when the titular character reached out through the Force to connect with Sabine. The latter heard her master's call, which opened up the possibility that her training was finally coming to fruition.
In the trailer, Ahsoka refers to Sabine as her former student, and Sabine refers to Ahsoka as "Master," a reference to the process of Jedi training where a more senior Jedi Master takes on a padawan. Anyone who remembers Sabine from Star Wars Rebels knows that the character was always a very proud Mandalorian.

After Ursa killed Saxon, Sabine became the rightful new owner of the Darksaber. She stayed behind with her family and Rau to reunify the Mandalorian people and find the true leader of Mandalore. Backed by Clan Wren and the Nite Owls, Kryze claims the Darksaber and title of Mand'alor.
In the final episode of Rebels Recon, Dave Filoni explained that the reason why Ezra and Sabine didn't get together at the point of the finale during the series was because he felt that it was more important to show that two people can have a strong connection, without being in a relationship.
Din Grogu, known only as Grogu until being formally adopted by Din Djarin after the conflict on Mandalore, was a male Force-sensitive Mandalorian belonging to the same mysterious species as the legendary Grand Master Yoda.
In the series, the protagonist known as "the Mandalorian" is hired to track down and capture Grogu for a remnant of the fallen Galactic Empire, but instead, he becomes his adoptive father and protects him from the Imperials.
Din Djarin may have had the Force his whole life, and Jedi training may have encouraged him to open himself to the universe. However, his Mandalorian upbringing kept him from connecting with the Force.
Notably, the Dagoyan Masters of Bardotta regarded the Jedi as thieves and kidnappers because of that practice. Some Mandalorians, most notably members of Death Watch, held a grudge against the Jedi for their perceived crimes against Mandalore during the Mandalorian-Jedi War.
While the first flashback simply revealed that a number of Jedi went to their deaths trying to protect Grogu, this time, we learned that it was Jedi Master Kelleran Beq (played by Jar Jar Binks actor Ahmed Best) who got Grogu away from the Jedi Temple and off Coruscant.

After the mission, though, Wren managed to convince Kryze to take the sword. Since Wren willingly relinquished it to Kryze, the Mandalorians accepted Kryze as their leader. How she attained it wouldn't come under scrutiny until the Purge of Mandalore.
