Mjolnir, Stormbreaker, and Thanos' Infinity Gauntlet are all forged from Uru. An ore that resembles stone with apparent metallic properties, Uru could also be imbued with magic energies. While the sword could be made from Uru, it doesn't appear to have been fashioned by the Dwarves of Nidavellir.
Officially, the sword has no name. The MCU fan wiki refers to it as "The Double-Edged Sword," as does the marketing material surrounding it. It's possible that Thanos never gives it a name in canon, and it's hard to imagine mistaking it for anyone else's weapon.
According to the commentary track on the Endgame Blu-Ray, Thanos' sword comes from somewhere off-world, making it stronger than vibranium and quite a number of other things as well. Thor's weapons can't scratch them, for instance.
It hasn't been explained in the comics what Thanos' armor is made of, but we can assume it's a really strong metal. There is a version of Thanos where we know exactly what his armor was made of, however, and it was alive.
Not known to use much in the way of personal weapons, the one extremely notable artifact he keeps with him is the Infinity Gauntlet. Made from Uru metal on Nidavellir by Eitri, under duress from Thanos, the Infinity Gauntlet enables its wearer to harness the power of each Infinity Stone added to it.
-Uru is the same as Adamantium, added with its own magical properties. If 3 characters of the same strength wore suits of the same weight and weilded swords of each metal, then imo the fight would come to a DRAW. Adamantium has no way to penetrate Vibranium, same vice versa.. same with Uru.
Vibranium in the comics is not super tough, but does have awesome force/energy abilities that help protect it from harm. Uru is clearly very tough, but we have little to know experience with Uru that is not also heavily enchanted. You have a plain uru sword — instead you have Heimdall's sword Hofund.
With the Power Stone, Thanos' physical strength is theoretically limitless. With but a thought he can make his grip strong enough to crush solid vibranium like it were tin foil. An unstoppable force encountering a not-so-indestructible object.
No. Thor's hammer is extremely durable. We've seen Superman hit with things before that didn't break. The only way I see a fight with Thor & Superman ending with Mjolnir broken is if Superman punched it as hard as he could while Thor was swinging it as hard as he could.
Is Thanos able to lift Mjolnir? No he didn't. He caught Stormbreaker, which, as far as we know, simply requires a great amount of power to wield, far more power than any human has, but presumably power that Thanos has. He never once lifts Mjolnir.

Hela is a Goddess who can destroy the Mighty God of Thunder's Hammer. Vibranium is just rare metal. So there are strong chances that she can destroy it. Moreover Hela has the power to create any weapons from surrounding.
Uru metal soaks up magic like a sponge and its strength and abilities only improve when it becomes enchanted, which is why uru is the preferred metal for Asgardian weapons. Thor was able to channel his energy though Mjolnir and the uru metal in turn became stronger due to Thor's already formidable strength.
Magneto's powers allow him to command fictional metals as well as real ones, and he has demonstrated a mastery of adamantium -- the metal that coats Wolverine's bones -- and uru -- the material that makes up Thor's hammer -- as complete as any item on the periodic table.

Wanda, in her fight with Thanos, managed to destroy Thanos' sword, chipping away at it before snapping it in half completely, truly showcasing her power over a weapon that has withstood so much.
