Jane Foster is revealed as the mysterious masked woman who has been swinging Mjolnir as Thor since the Dude Formerly Known as Thor — now just called the Odinson — was deemed unworthy.
During that long history, he has been pictured in intimate moments with all kinds of women, including all the women in a village and his sister Hela who wanted a baby. Even though many count Thor as a ladies' man, there have only been about 8 times where feelings were involved.
Jane Foster might be known as one of Thor's love interests in Marvel Comics and the MCU, but she eventually takes on the mantle of Mighty Thor in Thor: Love & Thunder. Jane's transformation into the Goddess of Thunder will occur in the upcoming MCU movie Thor: Love and Thunder.
Marvel continues to reiterate that Jane is Mighty Thor as a way to prove that this isn't just a female version of Hemsworth's superhero. By wielding Mjolnir, Jane becomes Thor in the same way that Sam Wilson becomes Captain America after taking control of the shield.

In both the comics and Norse mythology, Loki had been portrayed as gender-fluid. In Norse mythology, Loki was first recognized as a “shapeshifter” when Loki lived as a handmaiden for eight years. Loki's first mention as being gender-fluid in the Marvel comics was when he stole the female form of Sif.
Sylvie is an original character created for the MCU with inspiration taken from Lady Loki, a female form of the original Loki who debuted in Thor Vol. 2 #80 following the Ragnarok event, and Sylvie Lushton, the second iteration of the Enchantress introduced in Dark Reign: Young Avengers #1.

Loki shapeshifted and turned himself into an alluring female horse to draw Svaðilfari away from helping the master builder complete Asgard's fortifications. When they were together, Loki and Svaðilfari mated. Loki subsequently became pregnant and gave birth to Sleipnir.
Falling in love with Sylvie, i.e. himself, is the only person he'll permit himself to fall for because he doesn't deserve anyone other than his own wretched self. But the more hopeful read on it is that, in falling for Sylvie, Loki is open to accepting and forgiving himself.

Sylvie is yet another example of that, being a combo Character of "Lady Loki" (Loki's female form in the Comics, Loki is Genderfluid) and the second Enchantress from the Comics.
In a moment of wistful affection for his girlfriend, Thor asked his trusty hammer to always protect Jane, and in doing so unwittingly enchanted Mjolnir to do just that. Just like Thor's father Odin once enchanted the hammer to only be lifted by someone who is worthy, Thor cast a spell that let Jane use its powers.
Thor was married twice: first to Iarnsaxa and second to Sif. He had 3 sons and 1 daughter from these 2 marriages. He did not kill any of his family. In this respect he is nothing like Herakles who was promiscuous and uncaring towards his wives.
While there is no character named "Love" raised by Thor in Marvel Comics, Thor does, in fact, have a daughter in an alternate reality with Lady Sif, though this child is named Torunn Thorsdóttir.
The comics play up her identity as a mystery for several issues, but the movie is forthright about Dr. Jane Foster becoming Thor. In both, she is dying from cancer and finds herself empowered when holding the hammer, even though it leaves her more frail when she is without it.
Even though this was a “What If” story from a slice of the Marvel Multiverse, the issue predicted what would later come to pass. Jane, her identity unknown at the time, was introduced as the all-new Thor in THOR (2014) #1 after Thor was deemed unworthy after the event ORIGINAL SIN.
