Toxin's powers were quite similar to Carnage and Venom, but he was more powerful than both. Mulligan was eventually killed and his symbiote forcibly bonded to Eddie Brock before it found a new host named Bren Waters during the King in Black event.

Who is the 1000th symbiote?
As the 1000th symbiote born in the Venom family line, Toxin was destined for incredible feats, but he was also at risk of an even more severe mental collapse than Carnage's.
The Toxin symbiote has a long and troubled history in the Marvel universe as both a villain and an anti-hero. Toxin's place in Venom and Carnage's genetic line and its difficulty with hosts have all helped define the symbiote and its ever-expanding place in the Marvel Universe.

In the movie, Riot was not a child of Venom but was an alien that arrived on Earth at the same time as Venom. Furthermore, Riot was more equipped for battle and proved to be stronger than Venom every step of the way.

But I found out Toxin can lift 80 tons without increasing his mass. Which makes no sense as he's beaten up Carnage and Venom. And Carnage can lift the same amount. Not only that but he also is Carnage's son so he should be even stronger than that without mass increase.
Toxin would be the 1000th symbiote to be born of their specific line. Carnage was afraid that this genetic position would make his child more powerful than him and as a result, Carnage hated Toxin before he was even born.
In his final scene, actor Stephen Graham shows off the glowing blue eyes of seemingly possessed police officer Pat Mulligan. Mulligan just so happens to share his name with the first host of the Toxin symbiote in Marvel's numerous Venom spinoff comics.
To avoid a villain repeat, it's possible Venom 3 will position Toxin as the more heroic figure that he often is in Marvel Comics, and the two will team up against a different, hopefully visually distinct threat. Regardless, with Venom 3 set for release on November 8, 2024, more information should be on the way soon.
Sleeper is another member of the Venom line of symbiotes; the most recent offspring of the Venom symbiote, he is considered siblings with Carnage and the Life Foundation symbiotes (Lasher, Phage, Scream, Agony & Riot).
The Carnage symbiote gave birth to its first significant offspring, Toxin, in 2004. Since its original introduction in comics, the character has been adapted into other forms of media, such as television series and video games.
With every symbiote, the ability to spawn a new puts the former in danger, as there is a possibility of the spawn is normally more powerful than the former. Knowing this, if venom were to spawn again, carnage would be rendered useless against the newer spawn, whether it be his or venom's.
CARNAGE (2004) #2, Toxin is potentially one of the strongest symbiotes in the Marvel Universe. Another child of Carnage, Toxin bonded with police officer Pat Mulligan shortly after its birth and has since proven capable of standing toe-to-toe with both its progenitor and Venom.
Drake would ultimately be bonded with a symbiote named Riot, and have no more use for Eddie. His last act is an attempt to launch a rocket that would bring more symbiotes back to Earth, but he is stopped and killed by Venom.
