In addition to the violent scenes mentioned above, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has some scenes that could scare or disturb children under 5 years. For example: There are many scary and fierce characters, including Queen Ramonda, Okoya and Namor. The underwater scenes are murky and dark.
All in all, this is a great movie with some violence and great messaging. Finally, I would like to say that there are strong messages of grief and sadness throughout the movie that may be too heavy for younger viewers.
