Originally a modified version of Iron Man's Mark II armor, and now having since gone through several incarnations, the War Machine and Iron Patriot suits boast a combination of technology built by Tony Stark, as well as weapons from other manufacturers, all coming together to make him a one-man weapons depot.
With its basis being the MK II armor, it gives the wearer superhuman strength, reflexes, durability, and flight. Upon being handed over to Justin Hammer, it was weaponized, up-armored, and renamed the Variable Threat Response Battle Suit.
The War Machine suit is a modified version of the Iron Man Mark II design stolen by James Rhodes. He takes the armor to one of the U.S bases where it is modified by Justin Hammer with several of his weapons most recognized is the large gun on his shoulder.
Roughly about a year later, James Rhodes was still using the suit to serve the government. However, after several supposed Mandarin attacks on America, the Mark II was repainted in the motif of the American flag in a design similar to Captain America's costume.
The Mark III War Machine Armor was the third armor given to James Rhodes. It was created sometime after the Battle of Sokovia, as a replacement to the Mark II.

Iron Man's suit can deflect, absorb, and rechannel most energies. It can also withstand most weapons' grade damage and blunt force just short of Thor or The Hulk. War Machine can absorb massive amounts of physical damage but isn't very handy at different types of energy shielding.
This meant that he would require an endless supply of Vibranium to keep up this cycle, which wasn't sustainable considering the Vibranium's rarity and it still belonging to Wakanda.
Ultimately, the Mark II armor was rebuilt to become the War Machine armor. Months later, Stark took back the suit and removed all of Hammer's tech, restoring it to its original form. He instead gave Rhodes a new War Machine armor, designed from the ground up to be more appropriate for Rhodes' use.
To put a stop to his friend's erratic behavior, Rhodes put on Tony's older Mark II armor, leading to a brawl between the two. In the wake of this, Rhodes took the Mark II suit to Edwards Air Force Base, where Rhodes' superiors called in Stark rival Justin Hammer to outfit the armor with additional weapons.
Superhuman Durability: The Mark LXXXV is the most durable and resilient armor ever created by Tony Stark. It was able to withstand Thanos' attacks far better than the Mark L Armor did, remaining functional to the end.
In episode 4 we learn that, sometime in the recent past, the rebellious Skrull faction kidnapped Avengers member and long-time Iron Man friend Colonel James Rhodes, also known as Rhodey, and put a Skrull in his place.
After Rogers and Barnes escape on a Quinjet, Rhodes is accidentally hit by Vision whose blast incapacitates his suit, causing him to fall. Stark and Wilson are unable to catch him and he lands on the ground, fracturing his spinal column and leaving him paralyzed from the waist down.
Tony Stark's best friend, James Rhodes, is one of the few to wear the Iron Man armor, other than Tony Stark himself. Although he initially took on the role when Stark was dealing with his demons, Rhodes has reprised the role over the years.

In Marvel Comics, adamantium and vibranium weapons have gone toe-to-toe on several occasions, and the former usually comes out on top. However, in Marvel's live-action projects in the MCU and Fox's X-Men Universe, vibranium is clearly the stronger substance, and the more versatile.
Tony Stark's immensely powerful suit of armor is enough to keep him alive in a battle against the mightiest of Jedi. The Iron Man technology can create shields of all kinds, and absorb and convert energy, which should be sufficient to protect Tony from the Force.
Wiz: Cyborg might have withstand many form of bullet, explosive and energy blast before, But when it come to the size and how much they both can withstands, War Machine proven he have the higher edge against Cyborg himself.
War Machine would kick Falcon's butt. War Machine has his armor, guns up the wazoo and pulsar beams. Falcon has his wings and some kind of projectile he shoots. In my oponion War Machine would win hands down.
