In the EXCELLENT James Potter book series, by G. Norman Lippert, Tonks had already given birth to a boy before being killed in the Battle of Hogwarts. (The James Potter in the Lippert series is Harry Potter's son).
J.K. Rowling apparently confirmed that Lily Potter was pregnant again when Voldemort murdered her | Fandom. Thus, in murdering the Potters, save for Harry, Voldemort also killed a younger brother or sister that Harry would ultimately never know before it was even born.

Did Lupin and Nymphadora have a baby?
The wedding of Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks took place in July of 1997, during the height of the Second Wizarding War. It was kept private as the Ministry of Magic had passed legislation that was not favourable to werewolves. One result of this union came in the form of the couple's only child, Teddy Lupin.
So why did Harry choose Ginny over Hermione? Because Harry and Hermione were never a thing. And because Harry developed feelings for Ginny. He didn't “choose Ginny over Hermione,” because he was never interested in Hermione.
She is one year younger than both Ron and Harry. The author has said that Ginny's birthday is 11 August 1981, which actually makes her almost exactly one year younger than Harry (whose birthday is 31 July 1980) and 17 months younger than Ron (whose birthday is 1 March 1980).
At the end of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Harry realizes that anyone he becomes close to is likely to become Voldemort's target. To protect Ginny, he reluctantly ends their relationship.

She ended up having sex with neighbour Marcus (Felix Mallard) at the end, but she does not seem to be pregnant yet. There had been flashbacks of Georgia fining out she was pregnant in a public toilet, which could have been seen as foreshadowing.
Her middle name, Luna, is a tribute to Luna Lovegood, a good friend of her mother, during their time at Hogwarts. This naming choice reflects the deep respect and affection Harry and Ginny have for these two individuals.
Epilogue. In the epilogue, set nineteen years after the events of Deathly Hallows, Harry and Ginny are confirmed to be married, and have three children: James, Albus and Lily.
In the books, Pansy Parkinson has a schoolgirl crush on Draco, and they went together to the Yule Ball. However, there was no true love between them. In the Cursed Child, Draco Malfoy's wife is Astoria Greengrass. Later, after Astoria's death, Draco says that he would “sell [his] soul for another minute with Astoria.”
Harry Potter had a few love interests during his time at Hogwarts. Though he eventually settled down with Ginny Weasley, he also had a thing for Cho Chang in his earlier school years. Then, of course, there's his secret love for Draco Malfoy… Wait, what?
Their first kiss happens on the front steps of Malfoy Manor. Harry brings Draco his wand after speaking at his trial, “This is yours; thank you.” And this time, Draco won't let him walk away. Harry turns to leave and Draco grabs his arm, turns him back and kisses him.
This was a relief for Lupin. After the war, Teddy was raised by Tonks' mother, Andromeda, but had a close relationship with his godfather, Harry. He was sorted into Hufflepuff and became Head Boy at Hogwarts.
He feels that he is toxic to others by sheer presence alone. He doesn't regret marrying Tonks because he doesn't love her, he regrets marrying Tonks because he thinks that in doing so he has permanently scarred her, hurt her. His arguments for not being in a relationship with her are not personality based.
Rowling revealed more information about Neville when she stated that he married Hannah Abbott, a Hufflepuff classmate, who became the landlady of the Leaky Cauldron. The couple live over the pub, a fact that Rowling thought people would find "particularly cool".
