Gellert Prometheus Grindelwald (b. January 11, 1870) is a half-blood wizard and former student of Durmastrang Institute of Magic. He attended between 1880-1889 but was expelled one year before graduation for conduct unbecoming of students.
An interesting fact of note is that despite the ideals that pure-bloods are inherently more powerful wizards, some of the most powerful or particularly adept wizards and witches in the series are in fact either half-blood (such as Lord Voldemort, Albus Dumbledore, Minerva McGonagall, Severus Snape and Harry Potter) or ...
Grindelwald claims that he does not fight out of hatred but for wizard isn't freedom. He is not a blood supremacist and considers himself indifferent to muggles. How did Grindelwald view Muggle-born witches and wizards? He valued all magical people.
Grindelwald is of course a Germanic name (it's the name of a town in Switzerland), so he was probably from Central Europe. It's likely why he attended Durmstrang, and why he eventually built Nurmengard in Austria.

Did Grindelwald like Muggle borns?
As Grindelwald addressed people, it did become obvious that he truly believed that he could improve the world for everyone, not just wizards. He saw muggles in a lesser light, but did not hate them.
Voldemort didn't hate half bloods, he only hated muggleborns and blood traitors. His hatred could have been sparked on account of his father, who abandoned his mother a little while before Voldy himself was born. He just hates Muggles (and blood traitors) generally, due to his “filthy Muggle father”.
The three most powerful wizards in the series, Albus P.W.B. Dumbledore, Tom M. Riddle G., and Severus Snape, are all half-bloods. Don't know if Snape would be considered one of the most powerful, but he was a skilled duelist.
McGonagall was born a half-blood witch as her father was a Muggle and her mother a witch. McGonagall began her Hogwarts education at the age of eleven and was sorted into Gryffindor after being the longest ever Hatstall between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw.
He could be a pureblood or a halfblood. His mother was a breeder of Hippogriffs, which lead to his interest in magical creatures. He couldn't have been a Muggle-born, because he had Horklumps in his bedroom at age seven.
The pure-blood wizards and witches featured in the Harry Potter books are almost all supremacists, while there are some of them who do not advocate ancestral superiority; the Potters, Weasleys, and Longbottoms are old pure-blood families, but no known members of these families are sympathetic to supremacist aims.
Death. Fifty-three years after his defeat, Grindelwald was slain in his prison cell by Lord Voldemort, who was searching for the Elder Wand for himself. It was only during the confrontation in Grindelwald's cell that Voldemort learned Albus Dumbledore had claimed the wand long ago.
He was considered to be the most powerful and dangerous dark wizard of all time, and his already extraordinary powers were only further enhanced by his mastery of the Elder Wand, which allowed him to perform spells that were much more powerful than normal.
In his memoir, Felton said that Fiennes improvised Voldemort awkwardly hugging Draco Malfoy. "It gave me goosebumps then, and the memory gives me goosebumps now," Felton wrote.
As such, he did not view half-blood witches and wizards differently from pure-bloods from a blood purity point of view, even if he considered them less respectable than pure-bloods, and thus Slytherin House let wizards such as Severus Snape and Tom Riddle into its ranks.
It is not impossible if a muggleborn witch/wizard have the traits and values of Sytherin, and Slytherin doesn't mean they only accept purebloods but also halfbloods and that halfbloods are really talented and great like Snape he is a potion master and Umbridge also she was a Slytherin.
Pure-blood elitism. The most extreme of the pure-blood supremacists sought to purge the world of those they consider "impure". They often tolerated half-bloods out of necessity (though still disdained them), but Muggle-borns were persecuted and Muggles were viewed as nothing more than animals.
Draco Lucius Malfoy (b. 5 June 1980) was a British pure-blood wizard and the only son of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy (née Black). The son of a Death Eater, Draco was raised to strongly believe in the importance of blood purity. He looked down on half-bloods and Muggle-borns.
' We finish on a family who are technically quite pure-blood, but are deemed 'blood traitors' by various peers, and seem proud of it. It is, indeed, the Weasleys' compassion and morals that led to several members marrying half-bloods, Muggle-borns, etc.
