Jango was raised as a formidable Mandalorian warrior, fighting alongside Jaster Mereel, but Jaster was later betrayed by one of his own in a political move to replace him. Jango survived the battle that left his mentor slain, and returned to Jaster's remaining Mandalorians carrying Jaster's Body.
Jango Fett was born in 66 BBY and was from the Mandalorian colony planet Concord Dawn, a world within the Mandalore sector of the Outer Rim Territories. Although he told others he came from this Mandalorian world, his exact history remained unknown, much to Fett's enjoyment.

Are all clones Mandalorians?
Mandalorians aren't exactly a race or an ethnicity, so not really. In Legends, however, clones, especially commandos and ARC troopers, were raised in Mandalorian culture, so they were more or less Mandalorians themselves due to that.
For example, members of Clan Wren were allied with House Vizsla. Other clans included Clan Awaud, Clan Eldar, Clan Kryze, Clan Rook, Clan Saxon, and Clan Vizsla. The Tribe was a clan, with Clan Mudhorn growing out of it.
Jango hated the Jedi for what they took from him. Perhaps he even hated him for having a home to return to after helping the New Mandalorians take his. Whatever the reason, he hated the Jedi enough to become essential to Palpatine's elaborate plans of genocide.
In his time as a Bounty Hunter, Jango is only known to have killed one Jedi, Coleman Trebor. However, he did kill six Jedi with his bare hands during the Battle of Galidraan, when he was still a soldier.
Why is Boba Fett allowed to wear Mandalorian armor?
Boba Fett's armor was inherited from his clone template—or "father"—Jango Fett, who received it from the Mandalorians after he became a foundling. Fett originally bore his armor as a Mandalorian warrior during the Mandalorian Civil Wars, the conflict during which he was given the armor in the first place.

Sidious kills Windu with a blast of Force lightning, sending him falling to his death out of his office's window.
Given the rarity of his species in the galaxy, along with the fact that the only other two known members of Grogu's species were both living in the Temple when he was born, it seems likely that Grogu is the child of Yoda and Yaddle and was born to help preserve their rare species.

He hailed from Aq Vetina and became orphaned during the end of the Galactic Republic, and was raised on Concordia as a foundling by the Children of the Watch, an orthodox religious sect that had broken off from mainstream Mandalorian society.
