Breezy is the title character of the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs comics story "The Secret of the Eighth Dwarf". Created by Romano Scarpa, Breezy left his fellow dwarfs to travel the world and seek his own fortune, with his name suggesting how he's always on the move.
Snow White the story originated from the Brother Grimm's fairy tales and in the story there are the 7 dwarfs but they didn't have names so Walt decided to give them names and him and his employees came up with the list of names above and only picked 7.
During this, the eighth dwarf had unfortunately run into a bear trap and wasrescued by the trapper, who was a hotel-owner in Vegas. Feeling so badly aboutthe accident, he offered him a job, so the eighth dwarf is happily doing stageshows there.
The huntsman charged with the task takes pity on the girl, and sets Snow White free. She comes across a little house where seven dwarfs live, and makes her home with them. On discovering her stepdaughter is still alive, the witch disguises herself as an old woman and makes her way into the forest.

In the 1937 film, Dopey is a short and slender dwarf. Unlike his companions, he has no beard and is completely bald. He has pale skin, baby blue eyes, giant ears, thick black eyebrows, and a small pink cherry nose.

Dopey is the last dwarf to leave the mine and walks at the back of the line as they sing "Heigh-Ho" on the way home, attempting to keep in step, but failing.
However, after that, it simply says, "The world grew old and the days of Durin's race ended." This is vague enough for speculation, but the wording definitely sounds like the race of Dwarves passed away to extinction. As Snow White kisses each of the dwarfs as they leave for work, Happy is the only dwarf who doesn't get kissed, and is bizarrely nowhere to be seen at all. During "The Silly Song", Dopey puts a cymbal over his head and imitates a Chinese man (a gag audiences would find offensive today).
And this is Dopey, Ma'am. He don't talk. classically seen in Angelman syndrome. He has a pe- culiar wide-based, hopping gait, and he tends to keep his elbows flexed when his walks.
This is probably because in addition to his short stature, Dopey also has an intellectual disability. Though we never find out what that disability is, it is safe to assume that Dopey has a form of Down syndrome.
Even though Walt Disney had completed a fairly comprehensive adaptation of the story by 1935, much of the early material was discarded as the film developed and Walt's high standards for the final product led to refinements. Dopey's oversized clothing and lack of facial hair mark him as younger than the other dwarfs.
