When Sarah contacted the police and staged his arrest (which is revealed to be the backdrop of Chucky, in his human form as Charles Lee Ray, transferring his soul to a doll), he stabbed her in the stomach, causing Nica's disability.
Sometime later, Nica finally awakens to find Tiffany waiting for her. Telling her that they can finally be together, Tiffany remarks that she had to take precautions in case Chucky regained control. Nica then screams in horror as she discovers Tiffany amputated her arms and legs.
After her husband's funeral, she is kidnapped by Charles, but manages to call the police. Charles angered by her rejection, pulls out a knife and stabs her in the stomach before fleeing the oncoming police. Because she was pregnant with Nica, his actions cause her to be paraplegic.
Tiffany then divulges that she has developed feelings for Nica over the years and prefers spending time with her over Chucky. As an added surprise, she tells Nica that she bought the two of them a house in Hackensack, which in reality is Charles Lee Ray's childhood home.

How did Chucky get Tiffany pregnant?
Bride of Chucky: Chucky Gets Tiffany Pregnant
After she angers him, Chucky kills Tiffany, and transfers her soul into a female doll. The duo then goes on a cross-country rampage, during which they have sex.
The film is set six years after Bride of Chucky and follows a young doll named Glen, the son of Chucky and Tiffany, resurrecting his parents, causing chaos. The film, shot in Romania, continues the series' evolution from the pure horror genre of the first three films to a hybrid horror-comedy.
At the end of the film, Andy, his mother Karen, and two police detectives, Mike Norris and Jackie Santos, try to fight off Chucky. After he's lit on fire and loses both an arm and a leg, Karen shoots him repeatedly, and he is even beheaded. It isn't until Norris shoots Chucky in the heart that he finally dies.
Cult ends with Chucky taking over Nica's body, his voodoo magic allowing him to make use of the woman's paralyzed legs, and escapes with Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly). Season 1 of the TV show, which takes place after Cult, revealed that Nica can sometimes regain control of her mind, prompting Ms.
Unfortunately, as is so often the case, that Good Guy doll has been possessed by the spirit of a serial killer, the notorious Charles Lee Ray. After gruesomely murdering several people in Andy's life, Chucky attempts to transfer his soul into Andy so that he can be a real boy.
Tiffany is stabbed in the heart by Chucky, and avenged by Jade who shoots Chucky to death. As she lies dying, Tiffany gives birth to a bloody baby doll which attacks the lieutenant.

Let's be honest, he's gained some weight on his face. Turns out it's a clever ruse. In a dramatic moment, it's revealed that Chucky put on some makeup to hide his facial scars. He's still the same killer doll that was put through an industrial fan and sewed back together.
There, Tiffany manages to swap her soul with Jennifer's, shortly before the Tiffany doll is murdered by Chucky. Filled with rage, Glen/Glenda then kills their father. Five years later, it is revealed that Glen/Glenda's soul has been split between Jennifer's twins, allowing them to live as both a boy and a girl.
Through flashbacks, Chucky explains that he was a friend of the family. He was in love with Sarah, but she was married and pregnant with Nica. Chucky killed Sarah's husband and kidnapped her some time after the funeral. After Sarah rejects him, Chucky stabs her in the stomach before fleeing from the police.
In the aftermath of the horrific kills, Chucky explains his history with Sarah, Nica's mother. As Charles Lee Ray, he was infatuated with Sarah, but her oblivious dismissal of his advances led to him killing her husband in a jealous rage and holding her hostage while pregnant with Nica.
Well, while her mother was pregnant with her, Chucky stabbed her mother in the stomach, which resulted in Nica being bound to a wheelchair. A couple decades later, Chucky arrives in her life again, kills her entire family, and frames her for their murders.
The Child's Play franchise is known for its brutal, high kill counts. Racking up the kills together from all seven movies, Chucky has killed a total of 67 people.
She was framed for the murder of her entire family, committed to a mental institution, sexually abused by her psychiatrist, possessed by Charles Lee Ray, and is now being held captive by Tiffany Valentine (Jennifer Tilly). Of all the hands to be dealt out of the deck, Nica holds the crappiest one imaginable.
Despite inside the body of a doll, Chucky can feel pain and can bleed when injured, and has a large scar with stitches on his face. He used many weapons including guns, but mostly an axe or a knife to kill people who buy or sees him killing someone.
He only became evil due to his sadistic desire to hurt and kill others, shown when his father was killed by the Hackensack killer, and decided to become just like him because he was inspired by the killers actions.
As a result, his persona changed from one of murder and toxicity to one of almost childlike innocence. However, the dam seemingly began to break as the “real” Chucky poked through, resulting in the defenestration of Nadine as well as a full-on return to evil once Andy Barclay and the gang came to give him an exorcism.
Chucky insists the child is a boy and should be called Glen, while Tiffany argues that they're a girl and should be named Glenda. When asked, the doll replies they don't know what they are. During the film, the doll switches between identifying as Glen and Glenda and changes their pronouns and presentation accordingly.
After the events of the film (and bear with me here, because this gets complicated): Glen murders Chucky for killing Tiffany, Tiffany possesses the soul of actress Jennifer Tilly, And a possessed Tilly gives birth to twin babies so Glen and Glenda can live on as humans.
She is his accomplice in murder and love and has the same killer instincts. Tiffany loves Chucky, even in his doll form, and in Bride of Chucky, she recovers his body from the authorities so she can raise him from the dead yet again.
