By all accounts, Ultron is the villain of Avengers: Age of Ultron. He's a large deathbot who wants to wipe out humanity. But wait, his ultimate goal was world peace — an idea given to him by Tony Stark. And a lot of his claims about the Avengers themselves, from their insecurities to their fears, were absolutely right.
Ultron Mark-12 debuted in Vision and Scarlet Witch #1 in 1985 as a villain, but over time came to reconsider his actions, and decided to become a good guy. Created by Steve Englehart and Richard Howell, his heroic career did not last long, and this version has been all but forgotten.
The villain desired the Avengers extinct in hope that humanity could evolve before Thor destroyed that body. Banner recognized the being as Ultron, leading to growing friction between Avengers members. Still the team had to focus on this new threat, as he managed to access nuclear missile codes.
Marvel is actually known for having villains that make really great points. They either had some sort of issue with a hero (Mysterio), family issues (Killmonger), or felt it was their destiny (Thanos). Ultron did have a point, and that was that the Avengers were essentially going to destroy the planet.
The character is an android (sometimes called a "synthezoid") built by the villainous robot Ultron created by Hank Pym. Originally intended to act as Ultron's "son" and destroy the Avengers, Vision instead turned on his creator and joined the Avengers to fight for the forces of good.

Why does Vision seem so weak in Infinity War?
Since Vision was caught off-guard, he didn't have time to phase through the blade, and his synthezoid body began to malfunction. After Corvus Glaive's attack, Vision couldn't use his powers and remained badly wounded for the rest of the movie, which gave Thanos and the Black Order more freedom to confront the Avengers.
For awhile, we're meant to believe that Jarvis is actually the bad guy behind the whole Masters of Evil... But in the next issue, we see that that is not the truth, but rather that Jarvis was hypnotized into saying he was the Crimson Cowl, when it was really a new villain named Ultron...
Ultron was an artificial intelligence who was originally designed to be part of a peacekeeping program created by both Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, using the decrypted code derived from the Mind Stone encased within Loki's Scepter.
In Marvel's What If…?, Ultron used the Mind Stone to instantly bisect Thanos before the two could properly fight. In a fight without any Infinity Stones, however, Thanos would destroy Ultron, further cementing him as one of the MCU's deadliest threats.
It wasn't until she had possession of the Darkhold that she was able to realize the full extent of her abilities. Before Multiverse of Madness, she was strong but not that powerful. That's why the Infinity Stones-powered Thanos could withstand Wanda's attack in Wakanda and then defeat her and destroy Vision.
Fighting Captain Marvel is essentially like fighting a living embodiment of the Space Stone, but Ultron owned the real thing as well as the other five Infinity St0nes.
Financially, Avengers: Age of Ultron did quite well and became one of the highest-grossing films of 2015, but it didn't do as well with critics and viewers. Most found it to be forgetful, especially the villain, and that it lacked the action and emotion of the first film.
Moments before Vision destroyed him, Vision pointed out that Ultron was afraid of death, to which Ultron didn't even bother to deny as he admitted that he was afraid of Vision despite standing up to him.
A machine can pick up the weapon and move it anywhere since it's mindless and incapable of possessing the morals necessary to be considered worthy. By this logic, Ultron himself could have lifted it, but it wouldn't have done him much good.
He simply wanted him dead at all costs because he was his biggest threat. As per the user, the director of Avengers confirmed that Thanos was most scared of Iron Man. “Not because of his strength, not because of his power, not because of his power, but because of his suit,” he added.
While the likes of Doctor Doom or Iron Man could likely counter anything Ultron does in time, Forge's power would allow him to instantly understand and counteract anything Ultron does.
An MCU theory suggests that Ultron could be revived from the information inside the Vision's body. Ultron could return to the MCU in Ironheart, Armor Wars or the upcoming Vision Quest series.
What Makes Him Pure Evil? He betrayed his creator Pym mere moments after being created, quickly deemed humanity as flawed and has made numerous attempts to wipe out the entire race. He attempted to destroy any of his own creations, such as Vision and Jocasta, when they rebelled against him.
Hammer argued that all Stark's efforts as the Iron Man were not good enough to protect the world, noting that due to the creation of Iron Man, there would be threats which Stark would not be able to foresee, claiming Stark keeping the armor was selfish and dangerous.
(Just a Rather Very Intelligent System) is a fictional character voiced by Paul Bettany in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film franchise, based on the Marvel Comics characters Edwin Jarvis and H.O.M.E.R., respectively the household butler of the Stark family and another AI designed by Stark.
Because he feels that Jarvis is now Vision, that's he's been “promoted” to real life and become a real person as a reward for being a loyal AI after so many years of service. FRIDAY he has less attachment to. She's a tool to Tony and that's all he needs her to be. Jarvis was a friend.
Jarvis was later shot in the head by Natasha, a traitor within the Ultimates team. His death is a contributing factor to Tony's descent into full-blown alcoholism. Another Ultimate equivalent is William "Jarvis", Tony's new personal servant tolerates being called Jarvis.
During the Ultron Offensive, J.A.R.V.I.S. was destroyed by Ultron, although his remaining programming codes unknowingly continued to thwart Ultron's plans of gaining access to nuclear missiles.
