In his final moments, he apologizes to Miles for trying to kill him, failing to be a proper role model for his nephew and encourages him to keep going before dying. This shows that despite being a supervillain, deep down, he was a good man as he genuinely cared about his family.

Does the Prowler become good?

Uncle Aaron takes Miles outside on the roof and he realises that he was sent to the wrong dimension as the city is in flames, crime-ridden and there was a big mural of Police Captain Jefferson Davis on the wall, as he was killed in action.
There was a theory of Beyond the Spider Verse that Miles Morales of earth 1610 was fated to become the Prowler before the spider from earth 42 appeared in his universe.
It sends people back to their own dimension by reading their DNA. Except, Miles' DNA no longer identifies him as being from Earth-1610. The spider that bit him rewrote his genetic code with its own. That caused the machine to think Miles comes from Earth-42, the spider's dimension.
Learning that his nephew was the new Spider-Man, Aaron manipulated Miles into helping him fight the Scorpion before threatening to expose his secret identity if he didn't continue working with him. In the ensuing struggle, Aaron's Prowler gauntlets overloaded and exploded, killing him and maintaining Miles' secret.
As Jefferson Davis continued investigating the Prowler, Aaron confessed to Jefferson that it was him, in a bid to protect Miles and Rio from his powerful clients Fisk and Krieger.
Miles was able to save his father, but during the conflict, police accidentally shot his mother, Rio. As she died, Miles revealed to his mother that he was in fact Spider-Man. She told him she was proud of him, but begged him never to tell his father. Racked with guilt, Miles gave up the mantle soon after.
Miles quits being Spider-Man as a result. A year later he has a girlfriend, Kate Bishop, and plans to tell her about his former life as Spider-Man. S.H.I.E.L.D.

Since Earth-1610's Miles Morales wasn't supposed to become Spider-Man in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Miguel may resent him for causing Earth-42's Peter Parker to miss on his powers similarly to how Miguel's experiment worked while his first test subject died.

Based on what we know so far, the evil Prowler Miles in the movie has a criminal history and relies on advanced weaponry just like Ultimatum did. He can also pass for the young hero because they're about the same age.
After realizing his identity, Aaron discreetly put the mask on him to hide his identity from Kingpin and refused to kill him, getting fatally shot by Kingpin. Apologised to Miles regarding his acts as Prowler and encouraged him to stay as his best self.
Miles Morales in Spider-Verse showcases his power by integrating his abilities with his sense of identity and inner strength. Miles is the strongest Spider-Man because his powers seem to be deeply tied to his emotions, reaching incredibly upper limits when he's pushed to his limits.
