Black melons were a type of melon and gourd that grew in the Jundland Wastes of the desert planet Tatooine. They were egg-shaped with a crackled black outer shell. Inside, they contained either water produced by the plant or a type of milk.
Thousands of years ago, as explained in The Book of Boba Fett, the desert planet of Tatooine was covered in oceans. This means that instead of fruits, the black melons could be the remnants of spiny, globular echinoderms that once inhabited Tatooine's vast oceans.

In Legends, Dark Horse Comics had two human Jedi who were adopted by a Tusken Raider clan. They were the Jedi Knight Sharad Hett and his son A'Sharad Hett, who lived during the last decades of the Old Republic and the Clone Wars. Technically, they were not Tuskens but they adopted Tusken clothing, culture and habits.
No canonical source has revealed what a Jawa looks like under the hood. In behind-the-scenes shots from Return of the Jedi, the Jawas have squarish heads covered in black cloth with large yellow eyes that appear mechanical. Count Dooku was a menacing Sith Lord and central figure in the Clone Wars. Once a Jedi -- trained by Yoda -- he became disillusioned with the Jedi Order and thirsted for greater power.
In Legends, we've seen the face of a Tusken Raider three times. Tusken Raiders were humanoid nomadic sentient species on Tattooine. Unfortunately in canon we do not know exactly what Tuscan Raiders look like under their masks.
