In Hogwarts Legacy, you can find many Magical Beasts, including Unicorns. Unicorns are one of the rarest Beasts that you will be able to find, but it is possible to find and catch them fairly early in the game. Notably, there is only one place where Unicorns can be found.

Fly to the Forbidden Forest, to the Unicorn nest south of the North Ford Bog Entrance floo point. Use Disillusionment to hide, then move around until you find Hazel. Cast Arresto Momentum on her, then use the Nab-sack to capture her.

Can you get a shiny graphorn in Hogwarts Legacy?
Shiny Graphorn
This is probably the toughest shiny beast to acquire in the game due to the fact only one Graphorn spawns at a time in its den. You will also have to fight it and lower its HP before being able to use your Nab-Sack. Shiny Graphorns is a grey/white color compared to their light brown counterparts.
There is a female graphorn that can spawn at the graphorn lair at the south-east corner of the map. Only one graphorn spawns there every time the area resets, and its gender might be random. For me, it was female on the first try.
Unicorn den only spawn one unicorn for ingame days then it will respawn. Doing a side quest quest will allow unicorn den to spawn 2 unicorn but only that specific quest and gender can be randomize. You can even breed unicorn in the game.
Some time later, when they grow up, they turn silver, and when they reach puberty, they turn white. Of course, today's unicorns are very different in color from the legendary unicorns. Today's unicorns are usually depicted with rainbow, blue, pink, and purple edges.
Out of the 13 Beasts present in Hogwarts Legacy, 12 Beasts can be bred. The Phoenix is the only species in the game that can't be bred because it's a one-of-a-kind creature.
