What does the end credit scene of Wakanda Forever mean?
The boy reveals that Toussaint is his Haitian name and his Wakandan name is T'Challa, son of T'Challa. The scene works as both a tribute to Chadwick Boseman and a means to allow for a T'Challa to continue to exist in the MCU. It also hits on the core importance of Boseman's character beyond the mantle of Black Panther.

Does Shuri fall in love with Namor?
The MCU has had great couples in the past, and they've told love stories within superhero films before. But ultimately, while there was clear chemistry between Shuri and Namor, it was for the best that Marvel Studios decided to do without their potential love line.
Shuri urges Namor to yield, to spare both their people. "Vengeance has consumed us," she says. "It will not consume our people." Thankfully, Namor yields.
Shuri has been attempting to synthetically recreate the herb after it was burned by Killmonger but is unsuccessful as T'Challa passes away. In 2025, Shuri accompanies Ramonda to burn the outfits they wore to the funeral, signifying the end of the period of mourning.
When Wakanda is attacked by the Cabal during the "Time Runs Out" storyline, Shuri sacrifices herself by staying behind to hold off Proxima Midnight so T'Challa can escape. Her death is later confirmed when her spirit is seen among those of the past Black Panthers.
You may leave the theater wondering what Ramonda was going to tell Shuri. When you watch the movie a second time, it's evident Ramonda was likely trying to tell Shuri about T'Challa's secret son with Nakia, Prince T'Challa, who is finally introduced in the film's mid-credits scene.

She is close with high-ranking officials Zuri and W'Kabi, as well as her uncle S'Yan. Shuri also takes a shine to her sister-in-law Storm while she was wed to T'Challa.
Nakia comes up to her and says that there's something she hasn't been told. Something that nobody besides Ramonda knows – that she gave birth to a child conceived with T'Challa. While Shuri has assumed the title of Black Panther, the kid is the true heir to the throne.
Following the main Black Panther: Wakanda Forever ending with Shuri on the beach in Haiti, mourning her brother T'Challa by herself, the mid-credits scene then starts with Nakia asking if she can join Shuri, and she brings a young boy with her.
