Eudora is a fictional female character created by Walt Disney. She is Tiana's mother and a widow of James, she lived in New Orleans. She also work as a seamstress and for her loyal customer Big Daddy Labouf.
According to Mr. La Bouff, Eudora's the finest seamstress in all of New Orleans, having made most of his daughter's dresses (Eudora's very well-respected by the La Bouff family).
Her mother is not shown or mentioned in the movie, which may mean she passed away. She and Tiana both slapped Naveen with a book when he introduced himself as a frog. As a kid, Charlotte owned a pet white kitten named Marcel, but as an adult, she owned a Basset hound named Stella.
Voodoo: Mama Odie holds control over mystical elements including magic, voodoo, and nature to some degree (as she can communicate with animals), though she rarely uses it, unless necessary. Her primary source of powers seems to be light magic, which she conjures up from her club-esque wand.
Odie is Queen of the Bayou. which practically makes her royalty. it is said that Mama Odie is married to her snake Juju. as we see her being very affectionate with him.

Mama Odie is a supporting character in Disney's 2009 animated feature film, The Princess and the Frog. She's a blind, 197-year-old voodoo priestess who resides deep in the swamps of Louisiana.
She asks if they want candy. when they decline, she tells them that the candy would turn them into human. She apparently already knows Tiana and Naveen's desire to become human again but knows that they need something much more. She tries to tell them that during her gospel number, “Dig a Little Deeper”.
James was pressed into service and fought in World War I when the United States was provoked into joining the war in 1917. At some point, James was possibly killed in action (K.I.A.) during the war, so he probably never got to see Tiana get her restaurant.
Tiana and Naveen marry and turn back into humans as Tiana is now a princess by marrying Naveen and use the money Tiana's saved to open the restaurant (with a little intimidation help from Louis). The restaurant is a big success with people of all around attending, just as Tiana dreamed.

Why did Tiana turn into a frog when she kissed Naveen?
Tiana reluctantly accepts after Naveen promises to finance her restaurant. However, Tiana transforms into a frog because she is not a princess. The two are chased into a bayou where they meet a trumpet-playing alligator named Louis, who dreams of playing jazz.
Later on, with the help of James, Tiana makes their favorite dinner, gumbo. Tiana gives her father a taste of some of her gumbo, which she hopes to be the prime attraction when she and her father open their very own restaurant, "Tiana's Place".
Dr. Facilier is the villain in "Princess and the Frog", and Mama Odie is a wise, mysterious voodooiene. She is described as a "Voodoo Queen" by Louis the Alligator. During Facilier's song, he says "I'm a royal myself, on my mother's side." He then holds up a shrunken head, implying it to be his mother's - a queen.
