Conduit Physiology: After Cole survive Ray Sphere explosion his Conduit gene was activate and that gave him superhuman powers. His signature power is his electrokinesis the ability to use electricity. Superhuman Physiology: As a Conduit, Cole gains superhuman strength.
In the midst of his delivery however, the package exploded, destroying half the city and killing thousands in the process. However, this event resulted in Cole activating his power of Electrokinesis.
With Reggie's help, Delsin battles D.U.P. forces and tracks down core fragments to develop his powers. He eventually encounters the other two escaped Conduits, Fetch and Eugene, and absorbs their powers.
In terms of power and skill, Cole had Delsin outmatched. Throughout his career, Cole's fought Conduits who are several times stronger than himself, such as Alden Tate, a powerful telekenetic who created a monster created from the surrounding metal from the destroyed bridge they were on.

Cole MacGrath is the protagonist, anti-hero/anti-villain of inFamous, inFamous 2, and inFamous: Festival of Blood. Delsin Rowe has the potential to become the most powerful Conduit in existence, given that he has the ability to absorb the powers of other Conduits. This makes hima significant threat to the DUP.
He also bears a resemblance to some of Cole's conceptual artwork from InFamous 2. Shortly after his first appearance, there was wide speculation on whether or not Delsin was Cole's brother or son. These rumors were later ruled out. He is the first inFamous character to have his age confirmed, as 24.
Delsin discovers his powers when he absorbs the abilities of a man on a DUP carrier, taking on Smoke Manipulation. Later, he discovers that he possesses the ability to mimic the powers of other conduits, with no limit seemingly.
To compete, Cole was a lot stronger than Alex. And speaking of The Beast, Cole's ability to disintegrate it at the atomic level meant that Alex's molecular regeneration wouldn't stand up to it.
Powers. Conduit Physiology: After Delsin absorb Smoke powers from D.U.P's prisoner Henry 'Hank, Daughtry he discovers his true Conduit nature and that he has the unique ability that allows him to absorb and mimic other Conduit's powers.
Cole dies in the good ending. We see his body loaded into a coffin and Zeke takes it out to sea. But as the boat drifts off into the horizon and the screen starts to black out a bolt of lightning seemingly and ominously strikes the boat.

When active, Cole's hands will glow bright orange, his arms will have orange magma running up them, and, in the current version, his scar will reappear and glow orange.
In the original Golden Age comics, Jay Garrick gained his speed-enhancing abilities by inhaling hard water vapor during a lab experiment. This accident granted him superhuman speed and agility, allowing him to become the Flash and fight crime. Jay Garrick has made numerous appearances in other media.
He can shoot bolts of electricity, create electrical shockwaves, and even manipulate magnetic fields. Over time, Cole gains new abilities such as the ability to glide and grind on power lines, enhanced strength, and electrical shields.
Though Cole eventually rids himself of his demonic nature and marries Phoebe in season four, he later returns to evil after he unwillingly becomes the new Source of All Evil. This causes the sisters to kill him towards the end of season four.
Yang tells Cole he wanted to be immortal so he wouldn't be forgotten, but Cole assures Yang he'll be remembered as the creator of Airjitzu. Cole crosses through the rift and becomes a human once more, but the rift almost closes the moment he crosses through it, giving him a ghostly green scar on his face.
As they try to escape before sunrise, Cole drops the scroll and quickly goes back to retrieve it. Unfortunately, he fails to get out in time, and the curse of the temple turns him into a ghost.
The Amp is a melee weapon built and designed by Zeke Dunbar, made especially for his best friend Cole MacGrath to channel his powers into it, thereby creating a much more efficient way of taking down enemies.
He obviously played a huge part of the inFamous universe, but no one in the game acknowledge him. Obviously he can't be in the game since he is dead, but at least mention him. They mention him in the DLC, and NPCS mention you saying your cole's legacy or something to that effect.
