In Season 4, Brock is poisoned and hospitalized. Jesse is led to believe that Brock ingested the ricin he and Walt intended for rival Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito). He begins to suspect Walt, but Walt convinces Jesse that it was actually Gus.
Unfortunately, Brock became a target when Walt secretly poisoned the boy with berries from a Lily of the Valley plant as a way to manipulate Jesse. When Brock fully recovered in season 5, Jesse broke up with Andrew to protect her from the dangers that came with the drug trafficking.
As for Brock, his fate remained unknown but it was clear that he was still alive. It was speculated that his great-grandmother became his legal guardian following Andrea's death. The woman was seen in Breaking Bad season 3 and an episode in the following installment when Brock was in the hospital.
Walt planted the poison in Brock's juice box at school, ensuring that only Brock would come into contact with it. Despite the devastating act, Brock ultimately survived and made a full recovery, but the guilt and turmoil it caused had lasting effects on Walt, Jesse, and their relationship.

That is once again in full evidence in one of El Camino's final moments, when Jesse, in his last act before becoming Mr. Driscoll, hands Ed a letter to mail to Brock (Ian Posada), the young son of Jesse's ex-girlfriend Andrea (Emily Rios).
He has Saul deliver the lily of the valley berries to Brock in some way. This is never shown exactly but probably Walt did something with the berries like made them up into some candy (chemistry skills) or something and had Saul deliver it to the boy.
Obviously Jesse realised that since Brock survived and was actually poisoned by the plant, and that the chance of him actually losing the ricin pack was so small because he was taking great care of it, (let alone the chance of it being stuck in his Roomba) he suspected foul play, and Walt would be the only person to do ...
In the final scenes, Jesse refuses to kill Walter when handed a gun, and being fully aware that Walt was responsible for Jane's death, he parts ways with him; forgiveness is ambiguous.
In time, Andrea and Jesse entered a romantic relationship until his presence in the drug trade threatened her safety. Sadly, Andrea still fell victim as a result of Jesse's connections. Todd killed her as punishment for Jesse's insubordinate behavior.
Jesse also does get Walter to admit that he did poison Brock when they talk on the phone whilst Jesse is threatening to burn his money in S5 To'hajialee. He explicitly tells Jesse that he gave Brock a dosage that wouldn't kill him, he just needed Jesse on his side so that he could kill Gustavo Fring.
