President Snow sees her as an enemy since her combination of popularity and low-level defiance constitutes a threat to his power. He dreams up The Quarter Quell as a way of getting rid of her and murders Cinna in front of her as a way of rattling her just before she's tossed into the arena.
Cinna understood Katniss in a way that many couldn't, making them close friends in the film. Cinna's design of Katniss' wedding dress resulted in his execution, as Katniss was forced to watch him mercilessly dragged out.

Katniss made the choice to build her future with Peeta. If she didn't love him, she wouldn't have made that choice. Katniss made her whole world about getting the people she cared about to the next day, her choice to survive with Peeta proves her love for him.
He married a woman named Annia, with whom he had three children: two daughters and one homonymous son. His eldest daughter married Gaius Julius Caesar (the dictator and consul of 59 BC), probably during Cinna's second consulship in 86 BC; his younger daughter married Gnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus (who died in 81 BC).
He is so good at hiding his true allegiance that no one, not even Katniss, knew that Cinna was in fact a rebel and not just subtly rebellious, as revealed in Mockingjay, where his designs were given to Plutarch Heavensbee, someone who was not known to be a rebel either until the 75th Hunger Games.
As Katniss gets to know Finnick during the Quarter Quell, she sees he is in fact loyal, dutiful, and caring. Chia Mags kisses Finnick on the mouth to briefly let him know that this is the last time she will see him. It's her way of saying "Goodbye" but in a more affectionate way.

At first, Finnick appears to be another shallow puppet of the Capitol's. She says that she's never been attracted to him and that is possibly because she has found him too easy to lose. This recalls the theme of trust in that Katniss doesn't want to believe Finnick is someone to rely on.

Plutarch described the death of Helvius Cinna, a poet. He was killed after the death of Caesar because he was confused with Lucius Cornelius Cinna, the Conspirator.
Katniss's beloved stylist, Cinna, was in his 30s during his time in The Hunger Games film series. Like Effie, neither the books nor the movies state his concrete age, but based on context clues, it's evident that Cinna is in his thirties.
While the Hunger Games film never talked about it, the Catching Fire novel explained why she could only communicate through hand gestures. Katniss briefly mentioned that a previous stroke could have caused Mags' garbled speech. However, post-traumatic stress disorder could have also caused her speech incapacity.
