The Naboo Royal Starship was the personal starship of Queen Padmé Amidala during her tenure. She utilized the starship during the Invasion of Naboo. Decades after, Emperor Palpatine had the vessel in the Imperial Palace and gave it to Darth Vader for his personal use, knowing that he would be reminded of his past.
The dark times. Naboo was in a state of mourning for Padmé Amidala, who died following the rise of the Galactic Empire. Following the rise of the Galactic Empire and Palpatine's self-proclamation as Emperor, Naboo hosted one of the new regime's military garrisons.
Amidala's body was taken to Naboo aboard Organa's ship, the Tantive III, and prepared by mortician Commodex Tahn, who made it look as if she had died pregnant. Her death was attributed to the alleged Jedi Rebellion that had prompted Order 66.

Having lost any prospects for the future, Jar Jar returned to Naboo and settled down in the capital city of Theed, where he became a street performer. Eventually, Jar Jar encountered a young boy named Mapo and took him on as an apprentice, teaching Mapo how to become a performer like Jar Jar himself was.
He chose evil to achieve what he thought was the ultimate good. , this led to Padme's death. He choke the one he wanted to save with his own hands. When we turn a good thing into the ultimate thing and try to get it at all costs, we lose that good thing — destroy it with our own hands.
Leia kept Han's medal as a treasured memento of her dead husband. She held it before reaching out to her son, perhaps somehow connecting to Ben and Han's presence in the not-so-living Force. In all honesty, the filmmakers probably recognized the meme nature of the moment.
Before he could enter, however, Vader was stopped by Sabé, Eirtaé, Rabé, Saché, and Dormé, former handmaidens of Amidala, who refused to let him enter into the grave so he would not desecrate it. However, Vader would not be denied. As he entered the tomb, he became flooded with memories of Amidala.
And he's already murdered Mace Windu at Palpatine's behest, more or less by stabbing the Jedi in the back. The canonical comic Star Wars: Darth Vader #7 confirms the younglings' deaths caused Anakin grief, self-loathing, hatred, and pain, fueling his descent even further into the Dark Side.
Anakin does not have even the slightest bit of remorse. By the end, he feels nothing but anger. Although he feels regret for killing Padme, he still helps the evil Emperor. The film ends with Anakins standing side by side with the man on whose behalf he has committed all his crimes.
While the act alone didn't kill her, Anakin's turn to the dark side was too much to bear. Holding on long enough to give birth to her children, Padme eventually passed away, having lost the will to live. Thus, Anakin's visions of her death came to pass, and Bail Organa and Obi-Wan were left to care for the children.

Did Vader know Padme gave birth? No. Not until he learned the name of the pilot who shot down the Death Star, after the Battle of Yavin. And he didn't learn about Leia until three years after that, a few minutes before his own death.
In order to hide the fact that Amidala's twins survived, her body was prepared to still appear pregnant. Her maternal grandmother, Ryoo Thule, oversaw Amidala's funeral, as per Naboo custom. Amidala's body in her casket as it is drawn through the streets of Theed.
Organa witnessed Palpatine's Declaration of Empire with horror, and began working in secret with Mon Mothma to create a network of resistance cells opposed to the Empire. He and his wife Breha adopted Leia, the orphaned infant daughter of Padmé and Anakin Skywalker, and raised the girl as their own.
