Seska gave birth to her child in late 2372 and used him in a ruse to lure Voyager into a trap, claiming that Culluh had taken the child to be raised as a slave. This plot proved initially successful. Voyager was captured, and the crew – save for The Doctor, Lon Suder, and Tom Paris – was stranded on Hanon IV.
There were complications during the birth, and the child died. However, a subspace accident had duplicated Voyager and the duplicated child was returned to Samantha when her counterpart was killed. (VOY: "Deadlock") The child was later named Naomi.
By the time of the series finale, "Endgame", The Doctor had managed to remove the implant, allowing Seven to pursue a relationship with Chakotay. The alternative future seen at the start of the episode showed that Seven and Chakotay were eventually married, but she died while Voyager was still travelling home.

Are there two Borg Queens now?
Only one Queen exists at any given time; when she is destroyed, a new Queen takes her place. In Star Trek: Voyager, it's revealed that the Borg Queen isn't a singular entity, but the name given to any that serves as its host, possessing all previous Queen's collective consciousness.
As far as I know, the "Bad Borg" hail from the Delta Quadrant, and though we don't know just how old that collective is, it is ancient. The "Good Borg", Jurati's Borg, were established in the Alpha Quadrant in the 21st century, when the queen from the alternate timeline and Jurati merged.
A Chakotay cameo would, therefore, have distracted from the overall story of Admiral Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) confronting the trauma of his past. Chakotay being at the head of a fascist government also doesn't fit with his character, as he was a member of the Maquis, which fought against Cardassian oppression.
Kate Mulgrew prevented Janeway and Chakotay from becoming a couple on Star Trek: Voyager, prioritizing Janeway's likability and reputation. A potential romance between Janeway and Chakotay was also hindered by Starfleet rules, with Janeway focusing on her task of getting Voyager home.
In that future, Seven was killed on a mission in 2381 and Chakotay died in 2394. The series finale left the couple's future open-ended; however, this storyline hasn't been mentioned in any follow-up iteration of Star Trek, including Picard and Prodigy.
Unlike previous Star Trek series, Voyager's ending was not a surprise. The plan to end was already in place when producer Branon Braga left after season 6 to begin work on Star Trek: Enterprise.
Miral Paris was the Human/Klingon hybrid daughter of Lieutenants junior grade Thomas Eugene Paris and B'Elanna Torres, officers aboard the Federation starship USS Voyager. She was the granddaughter of Admiral Owen Paris, John Torres, and Miral.
As part of the Kazon, Seska became a consort of First Maje Culluh, having a child with him. She continued to aid the Kazon in their attacks on the Voyager until she died.
Seska's disdain for Starfleet's values was always clear, and part of the reason she betrayed Voyager was Captain Janeway's refusal to share technology with the Kazon, something that Seska thought could get the crew ahead in the Delta Quadrant but was against the Prime Directive.
The senior crew set a trap to identify the traitor, and Seska falls for it. She explains that the Kazon are a powerful race in this quadrant and by giving them technology, Voyager will gain a powerful ally. She escapes to a Kazon ship using a pre-programmed beam-out.
However, that didn't sit well with Beltran (as noted in his tweet), and he turned down the role. Matalas told TrekMovie.com that he thought it was a "cool idea" because of Seven and Chakotay's relationship history on Voyager, but "we didn't go too far with it" because of Beltran.

We know that Captain Janeway was engaged to Mark Johnson. They lived together, and had an Irish Setter named Mollie. While Kathryn never forgot her man, Mark had accepted his lost love was gone forever. He remarried and went on with his life.
The reasons that Matalas was unable to include Janeway came down to budgetary constraints and not wanting to step on Star Trek: Prodigy's toes, but despite not appearing, Janeway was almost an honorary character in Star Trek: Picard season 3.
Captain Picard never appeared on Star Trek: Voyager. He was mentioned once by Deana Troi (who did appear, but never met Janeway) in the episode “Pathfinder”. The only time Picard and Janeway talk onscreen is in Star Trek: Nemesis when Janeway, having been promoted to vice admiral, gives him his assignment.
As seen in the pilot episode "Emissary", Sisko harbored a deep resentment towards Captain Jean-Luc Picard for years because it was Picard, as Locutus of Borg, who led the Borg attack against the Federation at the Battle of Wolf 359.
Officially, the existence of a Borg homeworld is a hypothetical one as it has yet to be revealed in a canon Star Trek source. However, an identity for the Borg homeworld is given by the non-canon novel Lost Souls, which names it Arehaz.
