Glen resolves to help Jennifer escape, and distracts Tiffany allowing Jennifer to undo her bonds and run out of the car. However, as soon as she makes her escape she is run over by a semi truck, killing her instantly.
Played by Jennifer Tilly, Ms. Valentine was killed, became a living doll, and then assumed the role of Chucky's murderous partner in crime before hopping into the body of the actual Jennifer Tilly five years later during Seed of Chucky.
Technically Glen and Glenda have been around by way of Lachlan Watson's portrayal pretty much all season. However, after Glen was fatally shot by Nica Pierce (Fiona Dourif) in the penultimate episode, Glenda decided to keep them alive by returning both their souls to the body of the doll they were born in.
Nica fights off Chucky before he can kill her but when a police officer walks in and sees Barb's corpse with Nica holding a bloody knife, she gets blamed for the murders and committed to a mental hospital. Nica returned in the seventh installment with Fiona Dourif reprising her role.

Is Jennifer Tilly in Chucky Season 3?
Jennifer Tilly as Tiffany Valentine was the first cast member confirmed to be on set, but the following cast members have been confirmed to be returning for Season 3: Zackary Arthur as Jake Wheeler, Bjorgvin Arnarson as Devon Evans, Alyvia Alyn Lind as Lexy Cross, and Brad Dourif as the voice of Chucky.
Child's Play 2 (1990) does make her fate seem dark, however. She didn't back off from sticking to Andy's claims of a killer doll, causing the two to be separated. Little Andy is left with a framed photo of them in happier times. He goes into the foster care system while his mom is institutionalized.
Chucky and Tiffany make plans to transfer their souls into Redman and Jennifer. Tiffany knocks them out and uses a turkey baster to inseminate Jennifer with Chucky's semen, intending to use her baby as a host for Glen's soul.
Through flashbacks, Chucky explains that he was a friend of the family. He was in love with Sarah, but she was married and pregnant with Nica. She does not appear on-screen until it is revealed that she was the one responsible for mailing Chucky out to Nica's home, facilitating his murder spree on the family he blames for his human death.
Now going by "Tiffany Ray", Tiffany plans to transport her soul into the body of Jennifer Tilly (who happens to be playing her in the film). They also plan to impregnate her and put Glen's soul in the baby's body. Their plan is successful, as Jennifer swiftly gives birth to two babies, a boy and a girl.
Eventually, Tiffany decides to give up killing to raise her child, but Chucky refuses. The two settle on a plan to transfer their souls into human bodies, and Glen and Glenda into two separate twins, created by impregnating actress Jennifer Tilly with Chucky's sperm in a weird bit of meta humor.
After much pursuit of his most intended victim, Chucky decides to pursue Andy on his own and eventually begins the chant that made him a doll the night he was killed. However, Karen and Detective Norris intervene just in time before Chucky finishes the chant and therefore take Andy's soul.
When Nica asks Chucky what his motive is, he reveals that he was a family friend that was secretly in love with Nica's mother Sarah. He killed her father and kidnapped Sarah.
In the Seed of Chucky (2004), Tiffany was pesting Chucky all throughout the movie to stop the killings and focus on family. Chucky wanted to keep being a serial killer. Towards the bedroom scene when Jennifer gives birth, Tiffany stated that she was tired of Chucky's unwillingness to change and walked out on him.
Tiffany Valentine, portrayed by horror icon Jennifer Tilly, made her first on-screen appearance in 1998's Bride of Chucky. Canonically speaking, though, she was actually the girlfriend of Charles Lee Ray before he became a killer doll.
In order to get Glen's soul into a human body, Chucky's semen is inserted by Tiffany into Jennifer so she can bear a child for Glen to use. As the two awake the next morning, unaware of the events of the night before, Jennifer suddenly experiences morning sickness and realizes that she is pregnant.
Death. Annie heads into the kitchen, unaware Chucky is following her. She opens the dishwasher and prepares to unload it just as Chucky runs up behind her and pushes her, causing her neck to be impaled on the knives sticking blade-end up in the dishwasher rack.
Chucky insists the child is a boy and should be called Glen, while Tiffany argues that they're a girl and should be named Glenda. When asked, the doll replies they don't know what they are. During the film, the doll switches between identifying as Glen and Glenda and changes their pronouns and presentation accordingly.
After her husband's funeral, she is kidnapped by Charles, but manages to call the police. Charles angered by her rejection, pulls out a knife and stabs her in the stomach before fleeing the oncoming police. Because she was pregnant with Nica, his actions cause her to be paraplegic.
After the events of the film (and bear with me here, because this gets complicated): Glen murders Chucky for killing Tiffany, Tiffany possesses the soul of actress Jennifer Tilly, And a possessed Tilly gives birth to twin babies so Glen and Glenda can live on as humans.
A lot of people think that Chucky is just using Tiffany and that he has no affection for her. However, this isn't the case if you look into it enough. Chucky does love Tiffany, he just doesn't try to act like a teddy bear around her. This is evident throughout the franchise.
Before he can do it though, Chucky kills Ardmore, allowing Andy to escape the hospital. Andy makes it back to the apartment, but Chucky follows him. Chucky knocks him unconscious with a baseball bat and begins the ritual to transfer his soul. Luckily Norris and Karen burst in just in time to save Andy.
Summaries. While Andy's mother is admitted to a psychiatric hospital, the young boy is placed in foster care, and Chucky, determined to claim Andy's soul, is not far behind.
He sees his rivalry with Andy as a sick game. Andy is really the only one who can stop Chucky and if Andy is out of his life, then there's no challenge for Chucky. Even when he was being tortured by Andy, Chucky still saw the fun in messing with him like laughing at his failed attempt to prove Nica's innocence in Cult.
