While undercover in the U.S., she used the name Linda Lee. She briefly posed as Supergirl to attack the White House. After realizing Kara was right about Americans and that Lex was using her, Red Daughter sacrificed herself to protect Kara, taking a Kryptonite blast from Lex in Kara's place and merging back with her.
She gets raised By Lex Luthor into thinking that Supergirl is the enemy and frames her by attacking the White House. She later fights Supergirl and realizes that she is wrong about humanity but gets betrayed and killed by Lex Luthor.
During the Invasion Mon-El and Kara had an affair which led to Kara's pregnancy with Mon-El's child. Mon-El kept the child a secret from his mother. Rose was born on Earth during the invasion of the Daxamites. Her father was "forced" to marry Lena Luthor and his mother said that they will produce an heir.
Upon realizing his manipulation, she kills him by driving Kryptonite through his heart, and succumbs to Kryptonite poisoning. Following her poisoning, Supergirl departs the Earth to die alone.

What happens to Kara at the end of Supergirl?
Kara thanked Lena for pushing and challenging her; Lena admitted Kara made her a better person. With that, Kara left her glasses behind, determined to live her life not hiding her identity anymore. The series ended with Kara and friends having their typical game night, clearly thrilled to be together.
Supergirl Season 6 was all about Kara's journey of understanding herself. While there was some brief flirtation with William at CatCo, The Girl of Steel didn't make any time for dating. Of course, ending the hit superhero series with Kara single left some fans disappointed.
