They access a unique bomb Lex Luthor made, but after Conner tricks Sebastian into killing Mother Mayhem for good, the plan backfires. Conner chucks the bomb at Sebastian, but Brother Blood survives. He uses his magic to then murder Superboy, leaving Conner's pale, lifeless corpse in the temple.
Unfortunately, the series finale has Conner being resurrected after Brother Blood killed him, all thanks to Dick's red kryptonite medication. After the Titans destroy Brother Blood, there's no true resolution or cathartic closure with the Conner Kent.
Superboy/Conner Kent seemingly went rogue, becoming the new CEO of Lexcorp and bringing Sebastian into the fold to gain his confidence. The series' penultimate episode came to a shocking conclusion as Brother Blood seemingly killed Superboy.
The two returning episodes end with Conner Kent aka Superboy with a shaved head approaching Sebastian. They seal a partnership with a toast "to the future." Conner has officially left the Titans after getting a message from a dead Lex, opting to work with Mercy Graves and assume the Luthor empire.
However, their relationship took a tragic turn when Bernard fell victim to the corrupting influence of Brother Blood's video game, and he lapsed into a coma. Bernard was still under observation when Tim Drake departed for Gotham City in Titans season 4, episode 11, "Project Starfire," leaving his fate uncertain.

The Titans were manipulated into having the dark sides of their souls kill the evil Raven by Lilith, who was guided and possessed by Azar, thereby allowing the souls of Azarath and Raven herself contained inside her rings to possess her now-empty body and use her as a channel to kill Trigon.
Yet, he quickly overcame that phase and mastered his abilities. But then he was brainwashed and turned against the Titans. He went through very little character progression until Titans Season 4, which has turned him into Lex Luthor, Jr.
The root cause of Conner's current malaise is a lack of parental grounding, and when Superman let his son down, Lex Luthor stepped up. The only cure for Conner being such a colossal jerk in Titans may be meeting Superman, and modeling himself after a more wholesome father figure than he found in Lex Luthor.
Conner vanished suddenly in Titans season 4, episode 7, "Caul's Folly," after discovering a letter from his father Lex Luthor and a journal written in an ancient Tamaranean dialect. Conner gave the journal to Nightwing but kept the contents of the letter secret.
In the second season, drastic changes took place. The producers of the show were not enamored of Newton's portrayal of Superboy. He was replaced by Gerard Christopher in the lead role.
Joshua Orpin's Superboy has been out of sorts ever since Mother Mayhem stabbed him in Titans season 4, episode 4. The wound brought a snake into Star Labs, and ultimately allowed Mayhem to control Conner remotely.
Conner doesn't really know anything about where he comes from or the specific intentions behind his creation. Perhaps, rather than magic or science making Superboy act like Lex Luthor, it's just plain old trauma. It's not programming or a spell. Conner is just cosplaying as the one father who actually wanted him.

The Titans series finale leaves absolutely zero doubt that Dick Grayson and Starfire are together when the story ends, but doesn't go so far as to show a flashforward of their family life.

Following Brother Blood's defeat, Conner came back to his senses of being a hero and moved to Metropolis to spend time and train with Superman.
In a new preview for DC's Titans United, Conner Kent's Superboy is back on Earth with restored powers and a brand new suit. However, it's only because he's seemingly been brainwashed into killing his fellow Titans.
In the previous episode, "Project Starfire," Titans shocked audiences with another sudden death as Brother Blood Killed Superboy/Conner Kent. While the Titans managed to revive him using Red Kryptonite, Trigon's death remains intact by the series end.
It appears that Mother Mayhem has secured this power. She has removed the gem from Raven's head, and with it, the dark power of her father. As this happened, Raven's hair turned white, which has significant meaning for fans of the Teen Titan.
The two eventually grow very fond of each other, Raven feeling genuinely happier in his presence and Beast Boy harboring a great pride at being her husband. Their romantic feelings develop more slowly than others but over time they begin to truly live as man and wife.
Starfire eventually joins the Justice League Odyssey consisting of herself, Cyborg, Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz), Azrael & Darkseid. She is later converted against her will to join Darkseid before being seemingly killed by her sister Blackfire, who believes that she will be brought back to life by Epoch.
