If Anakin had never fell in love with Padmé, he would've never turned to the Dark Side because it was his fear for losing Padmé and his two unborn children which caused him to be easily seduced by the Dark Side of the Force. It was his fear which made it much easier for Palpatine to manipulate Anakin.
Ultimately showing the darker side of Anakin's love, his passionate nature leads him to care for Padme with all of his heart, far in excess of anything else in his life. As such, the mere risk of her dying in childbirth is enough for Anakin to begin desperately searching out ways to save her life.
Anakin does not have even the slightest bit of remorse. By the end, he feels nothing but anger. Although he feels regret for killing Padme, he still helps the evil Emperor. The film ends with Anakins standing side by side with the man on whose behalf he has committed all his crimes.
Nonetheless, as she dies, Padme tells Obi-Wan that there is still good in Anakin. Even something as heinous as that couldn't fully break her love for Anakin.
What would have happened if Anakin never turned to the dark side?
Anakin would have likely been killed by the clone troopers, along with the other Jedi. However, perhaps he would have escaped. He would have taken the pregnant Padme with him. He would have needed to get as far away from the eventual Empire as possible, so perhaps they would have gone with Yoda to Dagobah?

Who could have saved Anakin from the Dark Side?
Qui-Gon Jinn, who is considered a maverick Jedi Master by his colleagues, might have been able to keep Anakin on the path of the Jedi, had he not been killed by Darth Maul. Star Wars' Qui-Gon Jinn would have been the ideal mentor for the young Anakin.
The story is Anakin was manipulated to the dark side by Palpatine based on fears of losing Padme and appeals to his desire power and agency, over his life and the galaxy as a whole. Part of me wonders why he believed/ trusted Palpatine to begin with.

Padmé was born in 46 BBY (Before the Battle of Yavin) and Anakin's miraculous Force-created birth came in 41 BBY, so Padmé is five years older than him. They do not meet until Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, which takes place in 32 BBY.
Anakin's reaction and joy upon hearing Padme's pregnancy is beautiful and heartwarming. He and Padme truly loved their children and would've been great parents if not for Palpatine's manipulations.
However, when it comes to who Darth Vader hates more than anyone in the Star Wars galaxy, himself and Obi-Wan Kenobi don't hold a candle to the true point of Darth Vader's hatred, Emperor Palpatine.
Being the low-wisdom guy that he was, he acted on his hatred immediately as Palapine encouraged him to do. He couldn't force-choke Obi-Wan (the one he really wanted to do it to), so he did it to Padme (the one he could do it to). Anakin believed Padme brought Obi Wan to kill him, and reacted instinctively.

Anakin and Padmé met when Anakin was still just a young boy in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace. Though he was already infatuated with her then, it was a boyish crush — one that Padmé could not reciprocate at the time.

To hide the birth of her twins from both Darth Vader and more importantly Palpatine. The fact that Amidala had given birth to twins was a secret known only to a few after her death. The mortician Commodex Tahn used a hologram to make her still appear pregnant during her funeral.
Padmé was given a public funeral, attended by thousands. Her body was made to appear still pregnant to protect her children from their father. While Padmé died in childbirth at the age of 27, Anakin would live on as Vader until his redemption and death when he was 45 years old.
What he did not see, at the time at least, was that Padmé used her last breaths to tell Obi-Wan that she was certain that in regards to her husband, "there's still good in him." Now, those words are set to be revealed to someone other than Darth Vader himself.
At some point after his transformation into the armored Darth Vader, Amidala's husband, the fallen Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker came to visit the mausoleum, stricken by grief and remorse for his part in her death.
Before he could enter, however, Vader was stopped by Sabé, Eirtaé, Rabé, Saché, and Dormé, former handmaidens of Amidala, who refused to let him enter into the grave so he would not desecrate it. However, Vader would not be denied. As he entered the tomb, he became flooded with memories of Amidala.
At first, he did regret going against the Jedi (saying "what have I done" after helping Palpatine kill Mace Windu), but by the time he got to Mustafar, he was in it deep and didn't care anymore.
Well, come Mike Chen's Star Wars: Brotherhood, fans got insight into all the verbal jousting, including the Jedi Anakin hated most, which surprisingly wasn't Obi-Wan Kenobi. Anakin hated none other than Mace Windu, who was immortalized in the prequels by Samuel L.
The only explanation given in Revenge of the Sith for Padmé's death is that because there is nothing wrong with her physically, she has lost the will to live after seeing Anakin turn to the Dark Side. This however does not hold much weight.
