Doctor Doom quickly took over the world after imprisoning Odin in Castle Doom, killing or converting all the superheroes into his slaves, and corrupting them. In addition, he also created evil clones of the Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, Captain America, and Thor to deal with anyone who oppose him.
As Doctor Doom, he would go on to menace those he felt responsible for his accident—primarily, Reed Richards of the Fantastic Four. He succeeded in leading a revolution to take over Latveria from the Baron, taking an interest in the welfare of the Roma.
Magnificent in his stature, terrifying in his cruelty, and peerless with his accomplishments, Doctor Doom is Marvel's ultimate supervillain. Doctor Doom made his debut in Fantastic Four #5 (by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.)
Kang and Doctor Doom are incredibly powerful in their own right. While Kang is a master of time with all kinds of futuristic technology at his disposal thanks to his Time Sphere and neuro-kinetic suit, Doom himself is an equal master of both sorcery and science as seen in the comics.

When the two come to blows, the initial clash proves brief, as Magneto finds himself unable to affect Doom's armor. Utilizing his endless array of gadgetry and nearly uncontested intellectual superiority, Doom easily generates a forcefield that counters the electromagnetic fields Magneto creates.
For most of his early existence in Marvel Comics, Doctor Doom flew using twin jetpacks attached to his waist. However, over the years this has changed in a number of ways. His original suit was modified to have the jetpack attached to his back instead of on the waist.
Spider-Man, for all his superhuman powers and skills, is little match for the Latverian monarch known as Doctor Doom (aka Victor Von Doom). While Doom is known for his lifelong feud with the Fantastic Four, his few encounters with the wall-crawler usually didn't end well for the hero.
Victor von Doom is Romani, a highly problematic racial / ethnical and cultural identity within the history of European racism in particular. His non-white identity and the marginalisation following from it have always been a core part of his mythos.
Loathing his marred good looks and furious at fate's fickle finger, Von Doom made his way to Tibet to allow his anger an outlet. There, he dominated a circle of monks and after learning their secrets directed them to forge him a suit of armor and an iron mask to hide his face from the world forever.
The Molecule Man of Earth 616 absorbed the energy of all the destroyed Beyonder's and became the most powerful being in the entire Multiverse. Then he managed to convince Molecule Man to give a part of his (the Beyonder's powers which he absorbed) and thus became the nigh - omniscient God Emperor Doom.
Doctor Doom is the sole known Peter David villain who is Pure Evil in both the novelization and the film it adapted, as the novelizations by David and Josephs only increased Doctor Doom's evilness from the film duology.
Being a sorcerer himself, Doom engages the Hood one-on-one, with Doom eventually calling on forbidden magic to give him the upper hand. Before the battle ends, the Hood grabs Doom's unprotected face and disfigures him with dark magic.
Darkseid and the power of Apokolips would be able to overwhelm any defenses Doom could set up in Latveria. While Doom has been able to overcome powerful beings in the past, Darkseid and all he can bring to bear would allow him to destroy Marvel's powerful being.
Wiz: Also, nothing Doom had could kill him, since Superman has survived hits from god-like beings. Doom also has been beaten by people like Luke Cage and Spider-Man, so he wouldn't last long against Superman's power.
Whether it's a one-on-one battle (with Doom carrying the Beyonder's powers in Secret Wars) or measuring kill counts, Doom proved to be superior to Thanos as the universe's biggest danger. Doom never wavers, nor does he care about cosmic balance - he just wants to rule.
Likewise, with the resources at the two character's disposal, it would definitely be a very close fight. While Doom may fancy himself a god at times, Batman is notorious for taking down gods, making it easy to see how Batman could still achieve victory over Doom.
According to Marvel, Doom is 6ft 2 inches tall. I would have thought that they would have made him taller, but I am glad they didn't. Also, props to whoever cast Julian McMahon as Doom in the first two Fox Fantastic Four films.
