The iconic railing scene of Jack and Rose at the helm of the ship has become part of cinema history. As the Celine Dion song My Heart Will Go On plays, Jack helps Rose step up the railing of the ship with her eyes closed.
There is one brief scene in which some female nudity is shown (although more is suggested than it really displayed on screen). However elsewhere in the movie we are shown in full colour and unflinching brutality the following: Multiple people.
Other notable ad-libs in the film include Rose's “this is where we first met!” during the sinking, Jack's stammering “over on the bed … the couch” during the drawing scene, and the moment when Rose spits in Cal's face; in the script, it was written that she jabs him with a hairpin instead.

What did Jack sacrifice for Rose?
Fans insist Jack could have survived the icy Atlantic waters after the ocean liner sank, if only he had shared an improvised raft with Kate Winslet's Rose. Instead, Jack gallantly gave Rose an entire wooden door to float on, condemning himself to a freezing death but ensuring she survived.
Before Winslet and DiCaprio signed on to the film, a number of other big-name actors were considered for the lead parts – with the likes of Jared Leto, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Matthew McConaughey all at one point having been in the conversation.

But for the record, “I will never let go, Jack” and “Draw me like one of your French girls” were never on the chopping block, so don't worry. As it turns out, one of Titanic's most quoted lines, “I'm king of the world!” shouted by Leonardo DiCaprio's Jack Dawson, almost didn't make it.
Inevitably, he says, there were some injuries during filming. One man landed on his ribs in the water, breaking them in the process. “That was quite naughty,” he says.
