The Thorn tells the Story of Jesus and the epic spiritual battle for every human being. The story begins with the creation of the world and weaves through time, highlighting the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus and ending with the beginning of the early church.
Many of the scenes are quite breathtaking, such as when Jesus prays in Gethsemane and angels and demons are battling all around him, or when Satan tempts Jesus to not endure the scandal of the cross, or the epic joy of the resurrection scene. The performance art play format enhances the story in a very faithful way.
